Northampton Town Centre

Good locationg. Easy to go to town center. Facility is also good and clean. Just, room cleaning service should ask every morning. It was good to stay there.

Stayed due to an important assessment at uni the next day. Staff were very friendly, especially Densel and the young lady behind the bar with the long braids (I didn’t get her name) but she also served our breakfast. She was really polite and hard working. I hope they look after her as she is an asset to the hotel!! Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Another visit to another Premier Inn. All good as expected. Inner City so off-site parking (literally two minutes from the hotel subsidized parking fees - very good). Theatre three minutes up the road !

We stayed at this Premier Inn for one night in May together with three other couples. We arrived at 12 noon. Our husbands were going to the rugby later on the Saturday afternoon and we had booked to see a show at the local theatre. One of the couples booked an early check-in (from 12pm) at a cost of £10. This had not been recorded on her booking but the receptionist found a suitable room where we all dumped our luggage until we could book in to our own rooms later that afternoon. We were allocated Room 106. It was fine. Typical of what you would find in every Premier Inn around the country. There was ample room to set out your luggage and there was a settee in the room which I assume would make a small single for a child. Although this hotel is in the town center it was very quiet. It does not have car parking but they have an arrangement with a multi-storey car park very close by where you get a discount. I think we paid £3 for 24-hour parking. We had breakfast included in our booking. This was okay with a reasonable selection of hot and cold buffet. All in all, this is a budget hotel but I think you do get value for the money you pay for a room. I would stay here again if I was in Northampton.

Generally hotel is ok ,the only issue I found it was that is not very clean. Carpets and chairs was with stains. Some rubbish under bed. I hope my next experience with premier in will be better.

Really enjoyed my stay at the premier hotel, it was immaculate , very peaceful and relaxing . Staff were lovely . I would say it’s one of the nicest I’ve stayed at.

Unusually for Premier Inn the breakfast was abysmal. 45 mins wait for cooked to order (I don't know why they don't just do buffet) and was terrible quality when arrived. A refund was given but 45 mins wasted. Manager had poor attitude and no real explanation other than the amount of orders even though the restaurant was not busy. Young cook was obviously out of his depth, and staff giving no warning that there were delays. Get the impression just a poorly managed hotel or short staffed.

I use this hotel regularly when I am in Northampton for work. I have always been warmly welcomed by the staff team and they have always made my stay as comfortable as possible. The food (and drinks!) are high quality and I have never been disappointed. Honestly, the team couldn’t do enough for me, and they are all so friendly and chatty. The location is perfect if you want to go out for dinner or drinks, and the carpark next to the hotel is great value (around a fiver for an overnight stay)
