This is a lovely property... by far the best place in the area. It's well cared for but is missing the updates needed for a business trip (not enough places to plug in) and a rather old-fashioned HVAC system. This was my second stay and I would stay there again.

Very clean facility. Somethings were on the cheap side. ie. 1 bar of soap for sink and bath. I assumed it would be fixed on the second day but it wasn't. Only 2 plastic cups for the room. They had a terrific looking Tavern but it was only open for brunch on Sun. No guide to what the facility offered in the room.

Well card for historic building that provided the perfect bed for rest and reset. The surrounding neighborhood is so great for coffee, restaurants and quaint shopping. I recommend this hotel for a solid stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Loved being a stone’s throw from Most everything Northampton has to offer. Unfortunately, the weather was still pretty cold, so we couldn’t enjoy our balcony. Maybe next time!

Very clean but kind of cheap on things like soap--one bar for both the bath and the sink. Not enough plastic drink cups. Great looking Tavern but only open for brunch on Sun. Front desk very pleasant.

I booked this hotel for my 26th wedding anniversary because of it's distance to the bike trail. I am SO happy I did! They treated us like royalty! Not only did they upgrade our room to a beautiful suite with a gorgeous balcony, but they left us a bottle of champagne and the cutest home made card. I have NEVER had a hotel treat us as well as this. The room was beautiful, beds were comfy, and I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel with a heated towel rack before either! So many places within walking distance, and the bike trail was right around the corner. I'm so glad we selected this hotel and will definitely be back!!! THANK YOU!!!
