Management made us (and other guests) feel like an inconvenience. Groundsman berated my husband when our adult son arrived to check in and was accused of speeding within the park (certainly not so in our opinion). Apparently one car per site, so our request to share our huge site with our son's rooftop tent was denied, but in a very rude way - unnecessarily saying ”leave if you don't like it” yet we had not even shown any resistance to the rule. Multiple other guest asked us in conversation how we found management, as they too found them to be hostile and far from obliging. e.g. Upon arrival I patiently waited at the counter while the Receptionist (Amber?) kept rolling her eyes during a phone conversation booking nearly $700 worth of accommodation.
