Good environment

Only thing I would say is that when the cleaning lady enter the rooms make sure they all say House keeping because I was alone and sleep when she enter and didn’t say anything it scared me plus I’m pregnant but other than that I loved my stay it was beautiful and staff was so nice I’m definitely coming back…

It was good.

I stayed at this Sheraton as a spot to work remotely for a couple days. The good: - I was so impressed with the furnishing when I walked in. It felt very high quality and comfortable. - The staff were so, so genial in the lobby. They were working hard to put a smile on my face, especially who I believe the manager was. It really stood out. The not good: The bathroom lighting was downright dim. There was no mirror with enough light to apply make up (not an issue I've ever had at a hotel). The food situation! It was bizarre. Nothing that I remember was said about food when I arrived. There was a sheet on my desk with a full menu, and a phone button for in-room dining. Nowhere listed any hours of service. So I called at 10:05 the first morning for breakfast, and they said it closed at 10:00. Bummer. I ordered breakfast delivery from a local café. The delivery wasn't left at my room like it has been at other hotels, it was left on a delivery table in the lobby. Alright I think, fine, I'll go down and get it and do better tomorrow. Later that day a little before 5, I tried to order room service again, and was told it wasn't open for dinner yet. Still a bit frustrating but I grabbed a snack from the lobby on the way out. Because I was staying on floor 5, I saw some guests going into some kind of club room, and they explained that for a certain price you could get access to a breakfast buffet. I don't understand why this was some sort of secret but I filed it for future reference. It maybe helped explain the $10 cold cereal on the restaurant menu. But I don't appreciate having to reverse engineer any of that. Anyway, so I call in the next morning for breakfast room service. It goes to an answering machine. The voice message lists out restaurant hours. Something like 6 am - 11 pm! I'm immediately much more frustrated about hours not being listed anywhere and about the two times I've called in and they've been closed. I leave my order, then I get a call shortly after and give my order again. And then I'm told - they don't do room service! Never mind how many times I've called with the in-room dining button on my phone. No, instead, I can order it to go, and go downstairs, again, and bring it up to my room myself. I do this reluctantly and get back to my meetings. I do not receive a call that it's ready. I do, however, receive a call 30-40 mins after it's ready confirming I still want it. I explain I'm in meetings. When I finally get a break I go down and bring up my cold breakfast that isn't as good as my previous delivery but is at least cheaper.

The staff at the Sheraton were so nice and clearly care. It makes a huge difference. From the woman at the front desk who checked us in early and called to let me know when the room, to the bartender who loaned me a steak knife when we forgot to get one with our food delivery, all were professional and friendly. Kudos to the management whatever you are doing keep doing it.

Expensive for what you get. Rooms are dark. Food in the restaurant is not very good.

My stay was very comfortable, my room was large, contemporary and clean. The staff was professional and welcoming. I will stay there again.
