Very nice hotel located in the countryside: Nice and modern hotel with very good rooms. The restaurant offers very good food and the service was also very good. In the summer, there is a nice seating area outside. There are 5 or 6 charging stations

Wiederholter Aufenthalt und die Qualität vom Check-In bis zum Frühstück tadellos.
Was uns besonders gefällt, ist die Art und Weise der Mitarbeiter/Innen. Völlig wurscht ob die Menschen im Service, an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück tätig sind: freundlich und kompetent gleichermaßen.
Küche mit den angebotenen Produkten sind über dem Durchschnitt und wer Wert auf regionale Verkostung liegt, ist hier schmackhaft und wirklich gut bedient

Der Staff an der Rezeption war ziemlich ahnungslos. Check-in und check-out unglaublich zeitintensiv.
Besonders ärgerlich, die bereits im voraus erfolgte Bezahlung war nicht im System auffindbar. Das Hotel sollte sich besser nicht der Buchbarkeit über online Plattformen anschliessen.
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, doch ein Teil des Personals erlaubt sich z. Zt. missverständliche Kommentare auch wenn um Höflichkeit bemüht. Bessere Ausbildung wäre hier nützlich.

We stayed here with our daughters family also to attend a wedding near by. Our experience was wonderful. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the dining experience superb. The rooms do not have air conditioning and we need it cool to sleep well but the open windows and fan were enough to be comfortable.

Wir hatten am Wochenende ein Familientreffen das im Freigeist stattfand. Sehr gut auch für große Gruppen geeignet. Das Ambiente war toll, die Zimmer gross und ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Restaurant Bereich war sehr ansprechend gestaltet, man fühlt sich fast wie im Wohnzimmer. Essen und Getränke waren gut, auch die Bar ist sehr gut sortiert. Das Personal, bei uns durfte das Azubi-Team ran, war sehr freundlich und professionell, weiter so. Einzig der CheckOut und die Abrechnung bei der Abreise war eine Katastrophe und entspricht überhaupt nicht dem was ich bei 4* und dem sehr hochpreisigen Zimmer und Essen/Getränke erwarte. Aus diesem Grund auch nur „befriedigend“

Wirklich gute Qualität und ein hohes Niveau. Die Zimmer absolut sauber, großer Fernseher, Minibar, super Matratze. Die Lage sehr ruhig, abseits der Straßen mitten im Wald. Super Frühstücksbuffet! Das Essen im Restaurant fand ich persönlich etwas zu wenig. Das Kalbsschnitzel mit Senf-Gurken-Kartoffeln für 24,- Euro war nicht zum satt werden. Es gab Brot vorher und der Magen des Handelsreisenden war dadurch zufrieden. Qualität der Speisen 1A. Aber da ziehe ich bei der nächsten Übernachtung in der Region den Landgasthof vor um satt zu werden ;-) Man hätte ja noch einen Salat oder Suppe vorher nehmen können, aber das geht auch erst bei 11,- Euro los. Absolute Empfehlung für Qualität, Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Ambiente. Man darf aber ein paar Euro mehr einplanen. Ach ja, das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
