I chose this hotel on my way to Alaska and back. The breakfast was rich, the hotel was clean, the environment was good, and it was a great experience. I will choose this again if I go to Alaska again.

After a few hard days on the road, I had made a mistake in my reservation. The front desk agent was above-and-beyond kind and understanding, and helped me get my mistake fixed. She had to double-check with her general manager (the hotel is locally owned!), so I know that this helpfulness was more than just the one employee. Kindness and flexibility just when I needed it.

The Rooms were excellent, the Facility were in the Middle of renovation and we will note the atmosphere for our long drive was exceptional. I would make this a stoping point going to or from Alaska our home. After traveling 4500 mile from Texas they is a Great Resting Place /Thank You !

My issue is with the service, if I paid for 3 people to stay why do I only get 2 breakfast vouchers ?? Don't tell me is too expensive because there are plenty of people that either leave too early or get up too late and you save that.
Next the restaurant people are just plain lazy, open until 10PM is that the sign says, we walk in at 9:30 (we just got in town) they refuse to serve us food or drinks..Really?? The room it self is fine and the hotel is ok.
