Overall, I had a great experience with the novena palms motel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and well arrangement but bed was little noisy while sleeping. Others all good.

Close to the airport with free shuttle bus service. Room was clean & comfortable

We chose this motel because of the early shuttle bus to the airport. We were there for one night on a ground floor. The only problem was whoever was upstairs were moving around for most of the night. However, overall it suited us and was fine.

Hard to rate. I arrived late & left real early. Room was clean & spacious but a bit aged.

Was not clean when i got to room, bugs and mosquitos through on walls and ceiling.
Had no wifi for majority of the stay.
Aircon smelt and blankets were stained.
Sufficient if staying due to work accommodation as its similar to a donga but would not recommend if paying to stay.

We booked a room with 3 single beds for 3 people, but only 2 of anything was supplied - cups, blankets etc. there was an insect nest behind the bathroom door that erupted during our stay and I had to tune the tv in myself. The Wi-Fi password wasn’t available in the room and there was little information on anything other than a few photocopied and out of date menus. The bed frames squeaked when anyone turned over and the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. There was also a large gap under the front door that we blocked with a towel so nothing came in during the night. It looked ok on the surface but the longer we were there the more tired the place felt. Location was convenient as was the airport shuttle, but I’d be unlikely to stay again.
