Premier Inn London Ruislip

I had to request a room change as there was a bad gutter smell in the bathroom. I also booked a breakfast on line when I booked the hotel. On arrival I was told there was no Breakfast facilities but the system allowed me to book breakfast so had no breakfast and had to make alternative arrangements. I feel I was mislead/missold the room.

Would not recommend this hotel! The premiere inn is attached to a public house/restaurant which has shut down. First impressions are awful! No internet connection. When we complained was told by staff that they are aware. No timescales were given so if you need to connect to the internet do not stay here! Very basic room. Only one single plug socket next to a double bed. Bathroom basic, mould around the bath. Shower was very slippery. Bottom of toilet bowl was stained

Usually very happy at Premier Inns but from the welcome at arrival, we were disappointed. At the top of the stairs and very noisy. The extractor made a constant noise and spat dust and fluff all over the bathroom.

When checking in, I was given a key to a room which was already occupied. After the room key was changed, it wouldn't work. Then when I did gain access to that room, it smelt terribly of dank, mould and damp - I knew I couldn't sleep there. I asked for another room and was given the only remaining room - the accessible room. This room smelt of urine and was the most depressing room I have ever been in. There were also signs of long overdue maintenance issues in the bathroom which I photographed quickly. I just couldn't stay there, so checked out. All this cost me £160. The reception didn't refund me. We'll see what Premier Inn have to say on the matter.

Stayed here for 1 night. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Shower was alright. Given 1 bath towel for a double room so had to request a second one. Wifi was down the whole stay, not good when you need it. Not the best experience but alright for 1 night.

Clean, quiet. Free parking. Friendly staff. Not too far from M1. Close to a tube station (10 minutes walk).

I have stayed in a number of Premier Inns around the U.K., this one is by far one of the worse. The outside looks tired, what was the restaurant is closed, boarded up and looks derelict. There was only one towel in the double room with a booking for 2 so I had to get dressed in the morning when realising, go down to reception, wait to be served. The room was a little tired too. All in all, it was expensive for the level of service and quality of the facilities.

This Premier Inn feels and looks desolate due to the closed and fenced off adjoining pub, so no food and drink available on site. We were not advised of this prior to arrival. Overall very tired looking with rubbish strewn car park where the local youths obviously park up to eat their McDonald's judging by all the wrappers. Lady on reception was lovely and couldn't have been more welcoming. Well done. We used this hotel to go to a show at White City TV studios which is just a 22 minute tube train ride from the nearby station, and it seemed to be the nearest Premier Inn to London with a free car park.

Perfect little hotel to rest the night before my flight home. The pub across the street, the white bear, was incredible! This was also an easy hotel to reach via tube, on the metropolitan line. And it’s just a short walk from the station
