I am 50 years old and a frequent traveler and I have never received anywhere close to the level of treatment that we experienced at this hotel. I am going to provide a lot of detail for why you DO NOT WANT TO stay at this hotel but here is the headline for those who don't have a lot of time to read: this hotel defrauded me out or 5 of 7 rooms that I paid for and when I tried to work out with me I was told by the manager (female, name starts with a T) that "I'm not going back and forth with you." The second time she said that as she was hanging up on me. On a Wednesday evening, late in the evening, I booked a room for a driver that was in dropping off some materials for a job. He was coming in very late, so I did as I always did and called to talk to the front desk person to let them know that it would be a late arrival check in. He ended up arriving at 1:30am to the hotel and was told that he was classified as a no-show and his room was sold. One room down. On Thursday and Friday night of the same week I had previously booked three rooms for two nights to accommodate some workers in town to work for our church. Just to be careful I called to confirm the reservation. I was glad I called., because when I did the manager told me that she could only see two rooms under my name and that I would need to call Priceline (who I booked through) to find out what was happening. I didnt really understand that since I have a confirmation for three rooms for two nights in my name but I did anyway. THe priceline person called the hotel and then both the hotel and priceline let me know that they found the third room which was for some reason in another name. Interestingly enough the other name was the persons name I had booked the room for the night before. SO it was a computer glitch but no problem, stuff happens right? I was assured that everything was ok but the next day (Friday) I found out from my guests that they were only given two rooms when they arrived after all. Two rooms down. This one is not a misunderstanding, its fraud. Now we are to the second night of the 3 room, 2 night stay. When my guests arrived back at the hotel for their second night stay they were told that "since they had checked out of the hotel they were classified as a no show and their rooms were sold." Now you are able to see a pattern which is a way to raise revenue. Just sell rooms multiple times. When I pressed the matter I was told they "the guests had left the property." Well of course they did. Thats what people do when they stay multiple nights at a hotel. They leave and then they come back. It would be hilarious if it weren't so intentional and awful. These is three more rooms for a total of five rooms down. These additional three rooms are just straight fraud as well. The manager would not justify any of her actions and I was told twice (once by phone and once in person) "I'm not going to go back and forth with you sir!" When she said it in person, she turned and wal
