Stayed 5 nights. Had to wait 5 minutes to get warm water at sink or shower every day except one. One of the night stand tops was badly stained. Breakfast was good. Staff were mostly good. Irish pub attached to hotel was very good. Excellent cob salad.

Mediocre property with mediocre management. Stayed one night. No hot water and the shower had no running water at all. Other properties in reasonable proximity are much more accommodating.

Stayed in double room on 4th floor last weekend for 4 nights . Rooms are clean beds comfortable. We asked cleaners for towels to be changed they said they would but didn’t we had to ask at reception twice before we got towels or toilet paper this was most days… toilets in lobby were dirty bins never emptied and overflowing.. lady who works the breakfast bar could smile.. We have stayed at this hotel over the years and have to say it’s gone downhill won’t stay again.

Great experience. The front desk was amazing!! The GM Steve was very hospitable. Nice food around the property and there is even a golf course next to the property. Very good stay and our company will always stay at Hampton Norwood when we go out there for business!
