The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are varied and plentiful. The only complaint involved bedding. The pillows are to small and this mattress was a little to hard. We also did not have any hand soap.

I was looking for pool to be open and it wasn't . Over tall the Stay was ok but I booked the room for the pool

The hotel is very comfortable, the service is very good, and the location is also in the safe and quiet Dedham. It is convenient to travel, and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere. The swimming pool and gym are well-equipped

This hotel is so bad. I lost something twice in the third stay, but I didn't get it back. The first time I lost my ear stud, it was clearly placed on the table by the bed. The cleaner said that I didn't see it. It’s understandable to lose a little, but this time I lost all the black and the outside world, and I couldn’t find it after calling many times. I feel that the cleaner of this hotel is a thief and takes everything.
