The hotel is quiet and nice, and the breakfast is pretty good. It is suitable for business trips. The hotel staff can also help answer questions enthusiastically. The coffee is also very fragrant. The whole environment is very suitable for living.

I stayed here one night while attending a multi-day session for work. I’ve been to many workshops here and it’s one of my favorite places in the Boston area to attend a session because the conference rooms are nice, and the snacks are top quality. It was my first time spending a night at the hotel. The room was nice with a single queen bed. It seemed recently renovated and clean. I appreciated that the remote was wrapped up and that there were wipes next to it to wipe things down if you wanted to. The bathroom was fine with a tub, the shower wasn’t anything special (would have loved an upgraded shower head) but worked fine. The view from my room was laughable as it was all HVAC systems, but I will say I liked the window shades. The hotel has a pool and a small but functional gym. All the staff I encountered were very nice. I would certainly stay here again if I have another workshop in Norwood.

This 4 Points was so much better than expected. First the beds are so comfortable. I have a bad back and I usually can’t sleep more than a couple hours on a hotel bed, these were perfect. The HVAC was not loud in the room. The food was fabulous. The conference rooms were great with real desk chairs to sit in not stiff stacking chairs, another back saver! The people at the desk were super helpful. Everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Just all around nice hotel. Lots of free parking.

Perfect stay! Helpful staff that was quick to accommodate, beautiful clean and quiet room. Bedding was comfortable, shower was nice. 2 dining options that looked great (we did not eat there but they were very busy). Pool area was beautiful and clean as well. We will definitely be returning.
