Falta de limpeza, casa de banho velha com ferrugem. Pequeno almoço muito fraco. Lençóis velhos com manchas, colchão muito fraco. Ponto positivo é a localização é boa e tem estacionamento para automóveis.

Uma estadia agradável e funcionários simpáticos, mas o hotel está a precisar de umas atualizações. Única reclamação de fato é o tapete da banheira, que precisava de mais atenção na limpeza

Check-in não foi possível no horário definido, 4 Horas depois.
Comando da TV não funcionava, troca de comando idem.
Ligar, desligar e mudar de canais só na TV, além disso écran muito pequeno.
Sem toalhas para o chão após o banho.
Candeeiros da cama desligados, eu tive que ligar o do lado da janela, o outro nem ficha encontrei.
Limpeza muito a desejar...
Foi uma desilusão.

La habitación desprendía un hedor tremendo.
Las duchas, sucias, toda la grifería o****** y lleno de moho.
La cisterna soltaba agua creando un charco en el suelo.
Los secadores de pelo de ambas habitaciones, ninguno funcionaba.
Ningún tipo de mantenimiento.
Las ventanas ni cerraban (ni abrían) correctamente.
Sin agua por la noche en ninguna habitación, hicieron alusión a un corte de agua.
El desayuno bastante justito.

Staff was very friendly and informed. Fabio and Clara were professional and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was great. My compliments to to kitchen and hotel staff for there hard work and cleaniness. They are are a credit to the hotel.

Um hotel com tudo para ser excelente mas, não o é! Muito longe de pertencer à categoria de hotéis com 3 estrelas. É notório o abandono, a falta de manutenção, quartos datados, espaços comuns descuidados, piscina talvez de lama de tão suja que está, pequeno almoço dos mais fracos que alguma vez presenciei. Vamos agora ao staff. Sente-se que preferiam que não estivéssemos e que estão a fazer um favor em nos receber. O melhor momento é quando metemos as malas no carro e regressamos a casa com a promessa de não voltar!!
