So very impressed with this property. Beyond clean with a fabulous breakfast, My room was especially stylish and the shower, along with big fluffy towels, was wonderful. The bed with its premium linens, is very very comfortable. What makes this place a stand-out though is the host, Gianni. It’s clear that his boutique accommodation is his passion project. He strives to make his guests both comfortable and informed about a city he clearly loves.

Abbiamo soggiornato a gennaio in coppia ,ottima esperienza :camera tutta nuova pulizia ottima e host molto accogliente . La posizione perfetta in centro a Noto e comoda per visitare luoghi turistici . Room 55 consigliatissima !!!

Situato in zona tranquilla, ma vicinissimo alla zona centrale di Noto, questo B&B rispecchia il sogno di ogni viaggiatore che voglia scoprire questa magnifica isola qual'è la Sicilia. Si inizia con il caloroso benevenuto del suo gestore e con l'introduzione all'accogliente camera arredata come fosse una spa. Si prosegue con una colazione che meriterebbe da sola un capitolo per descriverla, con dolce e salato di ottimi bar e pasticcerie che poi abbiamo avuto il piacere di visitare. E sempre presente, in modo discreto, il gestore che a nostro parere è il miglior motivo per invitare chiunque a soggiornare qui. Se avrete la fortuna di riuscire a riservare una delle 3 camere disponibili, partirete da questo posto pensando alla prossima occasione per tornarvi.

Ho alloggiato da Room55 tre notti con il mio fidanzato. Camere molto belle, nuove e pulite. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha dato disponibilità per il check-in a qualsiasi orario, è stato super disponibile. Ci ha spiegato alcune cose sulla città e ci ha dato indicazioni su dove parcheggiare e su dove mangiare/andare in spiaggia. Senza neanche chiedere si è offerto di imprestarci un ombrellone per i due giorni successivi. Colazione ricca e fresca, abbiamo molto apprezzato la conduzione famigliare del b&b. Super consigliato per visitare Noto e sud est Sicilia. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Struttura accogliente e pulitissima dotata di tutti i confort : ciabattine , cambio asciugamani giornaliero, cambio lenzuola , aria condizionata e frigo tutto funzionante ! Meravigliosa anche l’accoglienza da parte dei proprietari !

Spacious room, modern renovation and minutes of walk to palazzo and churches. There is a mini fridge in room too. Breakfast is outstanding with sweet & savory pastries and fruits and Gianni gave great tips on where to visit. Loved it ! Highly recommend

Von aussen unscheinbar in einer unspektakulären Straße gelegen entpuppt sich Room55 als kleines Paradies. Sehr interessante und schöne Innenarchitektur. Modernes, skandinavisch anmutendes Design ergänzt durch ein paar nostalgische Elemente (Nachttisch z.B.) Technisch alles 1a, das haben wir auf Sizilien schon ganz anders erlebt. Das ganze Apar**ent ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen: neben dem üblichen auch Hausgemachte Konfitüre, frischgepresster Saft und lokale Kuchenspezialitäten. Das tollste aber war der warmherzig Inhaber Gianni. Leider sprechen wir kein italienisch, aber auf etwas holprigen Englisch haben wir uns länger mit Gianni unterhalten und viele gute Tipps bekommen. Von uns 10 / 10! Parken übrigens gratis vor der Tür an der Straße
