We had a luxury large room with lovely terrace in this beautiful villa. The swimmingpool was great. Breakfast was fine, but not exceptionel. The B&B has view to Noto. Staff was kind. Drinks were served with extra snacks. The B&B was well located to visit the splendid cities Noto and Syracuse, and many others. Good pizzeria/restaurant is nearby across the street. We would recommend this lovely place, if there was not the terrible noise of the motorcross circuit nearby, as well on Sunday as Monday afternoon. Especially on Sunday it was not pleasant.

The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous.
You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. I think that it was expensive for what we got.

Great, quiet location just outside Noto. You will need a car or have to pay for an expensive taxi. Beautiful, inviting swimming pool. Tennis is an option. Simple, clean and modern rooms. Great breakfast. Superb hospitality and kindness by Fabrizio and Piero. Reasonably priced. I will return.

Struttura molto bella e ben curata. Fabrizio, Alessia e Sergio un team eccezionale : gentili , disponibili e preparati. Per chi dovesse recarsi a Noto è in una posizione strategica sia per visitare Noto , ma anche tutte le altre località della Sicilia orientale . Ci torneremo sicuramente. Giulia e Loris

Sono stata a Villa Landolina 6 giorni con mio marito e ci siamo trovati benissimo; lo staff gentilissimo, la colazione e' super, molto bella la piscina , camera e bagno ampissimi!! Utilissime le informazioni di Sergio e Fabrizio.

Personale disponibile e professionale, al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie sui siti principali da visitare. Camere ampie e pulite, piscina e giardino ben curati. Colazione buona. Situato a pochi minuti da Noto. Parcheggio privato.

What a great stay we had. We are travelling around Sicily and spend one night in this beautiful place. When we arrived we got a very warm welcome from Sergio. After telling is what we could do and where we could eat he gave us his number so that we couls call him if we needed anything. There was a restaurant across te road so dinner was quickly served. Nice pool, the room smells great and clean. Thumbs up for this place!

Lage vor den Toren Notos desaströs zwischen Motocross-Gelände, naher Müllkippe, Rock-Konzert-Bühne (laut bis in den Morgen), Umgebung kahl, Personal schwer zugänglich en der Grenze zur Unhöflichkeit, Zimmer überteuert, Frühstücksraum entspricht im Niveau einer Jugendherberge, Badeinrichtung in sog. Luxuszimmer (160 Euro) nicht immer voll funktionsfähig. Gesamteindruck: Enttäuschend.

Da Catania abbiamo deciso di andare a Vendicari per una nuotata. E per fare con calma abbiamo pensato e pernottare a Noto utilizzando le informazioni di TripAdvisor. La nostra valutazione è di sei palline, ma sfortunatamente c’è ne sono solo cinque a disposizione. Cortesia e disponibilità del personale, pulizia, confort, silenzio….Ottima colazione con un piccolissimo neo alla Gentile proprietaria: cambiate il fornitore dei cornetti ! Senza dubbio è da consigliare senza riserve
