優點：地理位置好，可以直通城市花園，房間大，早餐品種多，服務人員會英語，可以提供旅遊方面的建議。
缺點：淋浴房非常小，水忽冷忽熱很不舒服，臨街停車位小，停車有些困難。

The Staff were lovely, they all spoke English and were very helpful with all our requests. A nice clean room, comfortable, in a very central location, 2 minute walk to the Noto Old Town/Main Street. Breakfast was very nice, a varied selection. The area is also very safe. The hotel offers private parking. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I will definitely stay there again, should I return to Noto.

Nel nostro viaggio itinerante nel siracusano e nel ragusano abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo piccolo ma graziosissimo hotel a due passi da Porta Ferninandea. Bella la camera dotata di ogni confort con balcone vista città, di qualità la colazione in terrazza panoramica, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliato

Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere in albergo, c’è stata assegnata una dependance, al primo impatto carina e confortevole, ma con il passare dei giorni abbiamo riscontrato gravi incongruenze: Servizio biancheria: pessimo in quanto in 4 giorni di soggiorno non sono state mai cambiate le lenzuola. Non sono state forniti set di bagno doccia, alla nostra richiesta e stato provveduto una coppia ma poi ci è stato risposto di comprarlo. Privacy pari a zero, in quanto entravano con le chiavi nel salone della depandance senza avvisarci!!

Hotel posizionato in zona strategica di noto, tranquilla e ideale per passeggiare senza auto. Personale impeccabile, soprattutto la ragazza con i capelli rossi alla reception. Camera piccola ma funzionale e con ogni tipo di comfort. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente. Unica cosa da migliorare è la colazione.

Perfetta la posizione dell'hotel per potersi dimenticare dell'auto; stanza essenziale ma pulita; il plus dell'albergo risiede nell'accoglienza e gestione del cliente da parte della reception (il Dir. Fabio ma soprattutto la simpatia e professionalità di Giulia, capace di intercettare e rispondere ad ogni necessità). Buona la colazione in terrazza e corretto il costo globale. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno con i lati positivi che superano abbondantemente la mancanza di un ascensore.
