Noto’nun kalbinde tertemiz, tarihi bir bina. Önünde otoparkı var. Toplam 8 odalı, odalar yeterince büyük, yatak rahat, iyi kaliteli malzeme kullanılmış. Sahibi Andrea çok ilgili, bize restaurant tavsiyeleri verdi ve hepside çok iyiydi. Minibar, kasa ve saç kurutma mevcut odalarda. Bu kaliteye oda fiyatları oldukça makul.

Stanza molto carina e pulita, poco insonorizzata ma per fortuna era un periodo di bassa stagione. Posizione eccezionale proprio al centro di Noto, personale cortese e prezzo giusto. Letto comodo e ottimi i prodotti da toilette, lo consiglio caldamente

Posizione e camera da 10. Ogni tanto mancava l’acqua, ma ci sta’. In un paesino di 7000 abitanti d’inverno che d’estate ospita 170.000 persone, può’ capitare che l’acqua sc****ggi, ma puntualmente ritornava. Ristorante dell’hotel, MoMa (sushi), buonissimo.

La struttura è in una posizione eccellente, la mia stanza molto pulita e nuovissima , purtroppo però era troppo piccola , non c’era spazio per le valige . Non ha parcheggio , il più vicino è a 500 metri, un compromesso accettabile vista la posizione dell’hotel.

Non è un hotel ma un B& Basta nel senso che non si può avere neanche un caffè ,4 stelle poi … ,tutta domotica ,,whatsapp è l’unico modo per comunicare visto che non c’è nessuno nella struttura , ho chiesto dei bicchieri perché c’erano solo 2 bottiglie d’acqua senza bicchieri mi è stato risposto di andare a prenderli al ristorante a fianco .insonorizzazione inesistente si sente la tv delle stanze a fianco .Letto matrimoniale con un solo comodino ,dall’altra parte una sedia ! Unica cosa buona la posizione decisamente centrale altrimenti avrei dato 0 !

The manager Andrea was very helpful when we arrived at Noto station with no taxi in site. Eventually after calling some taxi companies, Mr Pino turned up with a car and took us there. Location is great and we felt welcome. Andrea carried the bags up the stairs for us. Rooms are modern and comfortable but there was no breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, although that may have changed now. The cleaning lady was very nice, but it seems she has limited hours. Certainly not a place to stay if you are late risers like us. Andrea brought a Nespresso machine and put outside our room, but it wasn't much use because some of the pods had already been used. Although there was never anybody at reception, when I locked the key in the room Andrea came very quickly. So overall not an Airbnb I would stay again or recommend. However it seems to be difficult to find highly rated places in Noto. Most hotels are relatively flelixble on check out times, but not here. At 11am the phone started ringing!! Not here. The maid obviously finishes at 11:05Am and Andrea couldn't wait to get rid of us. Never again.

A great hotel in the central area of Noto. Most importantly, Andrea, the manager, was able to unexpectedly welcome us after 1 am after 4 (two couples) showed up on the run from another nearby facility. Really very helpful.
