Ottima esperienza, personale disponibilissimo e accogliente (la signora Sophia una perla ).Stanze comode e pulite. Molto vicino anche alle belle spiagge siracusane !! Ci ritornerò alla prima occasione.

We where 4 nigths in this place. Very quiet and near to Siracuse. Nice swimming pool. Nice room. Breakfast very simple no much choice, bread, chease, ham, eggs. Coffee. They clean the room, but don't change towels for the 4 days. The garden around is very nice. Need some improvement to me for upgrading my rating.

Das La Perciata hat eine ruhige Lage im Hinterland von Syrakus. Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich im ca. 8 Km entfernten Cassibile. Die Angestellten des Perciata sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Garten und Pool sind gepflegt. Unser Apar**ent war sauber, hatte aber schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Der Minibackofen und der Fön waren kaputt. Die Pfanne hatte einen ovalen Boden und das Geschirrangebot war minimalistisch. Für den Anspruch einer 4 Sterne Anlage ist das unzureichend. Warum gibt es In einer agrotouristischen Anlage eigentlich keine Produkte aus der Landwirtschaft zum Frühstück ? Zudem wird bei Butter und Konfitüren ein heutzutage nicht vertretbarer Plastikmüll produziert.

Great value, amazing pool, basic accommodation (reflected in price) with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Good breakfast spread included. The pool was great and never too busy. A shallow end and quite a deep circular main bit, approx 3m deep. Great fun for whole family. Good quality sunloungers and chairs. All communal areas were well kept and all the staff were kind and helpful (they spoke English which helped a lot). Our accommodation was cleaned and beds made daily.

Bel endroit, excentré, bien entretenu. Attention au chauffage entre-saison. Aussi se renseigner si le restaurant est ouvert. Chambre un peu vieillotte, mais sinon tout OK. Personnel très sympa. Petit-déjeuner complet et varié. Prévoir 10 à 15 min de route si vous devez manger à l’extérieur. Nos enfants ont beaucoup apprécié l’espace, les balcons. Peu d’équipements dans l’appartement (vaisselle et autres). A noter que les chambres ont été faites chaque jour ! Merci.

Vriendelijk ontvangen door fomoza. We waren de enigste gasten. Jammer dat er geen verdere uitleg werd gegeven over de omgeving ofzo. Restaurant was ook dicht. We moesten dus eten in syracusa. Kamer is prima. Alles zit er in. Maar de koelkast was leeg en de bedden waren ook niet geweldig. Het ontbijt is zeer eenvoudig maar goed.
