Conseillée par des amies j'ai voulu passer un grand weekend à la campagne avec ma famille. Le domaine est immense avec plein de coin très sympa (hamac sous les oliviers, des arcs en fer battu avec des bouganvilliers qui grimpent pour n'en citer que quelques exemples): personnellement j'ai adoré l'allée avec les poésies gravées dans la pierre. A refaire au plus vite!

Un amanecer en BellaVista es una experiencia imperdible, para unas vacaciones tranquilas y de contemplación. Un complejo ubicado estratégicamente para llegar a los puntos turísticos mas destacados de esta zona. A cinco minutos de Noto, y con una vista privilegiada de la ciudad y del Mar. Indudablemente, para repetir !

Eccezionale hotel poco fuori dalla calca del centro di Noto ma ben posizionato per andare dovunque nella regione sud-orientale. La vista dalla collina è di oltre 180 gradi e il trattamento è molto curato: non c'è bisogno di andare altrove se si vogliono ricaricare le batterie. Infatti le cene squisite e gli aperitivi a bordo piscina sono il non plus ultra. Grazie per questa bella vacanza!

Sono anni che trascorro le vacanze a Noto e dintorni ma per la prima volta ho trovato una struttura meritevole di una buona parola. Infatti il servizio e l'ambiente genuino mettono il benessere del cliente al centro: spa esclusiva, ottime cene con prodotti locali a bordo piscina, camere spaziose con ingresso indipendente e ottimi consigli su quello da fare o visitare nel raggio di 100km.

3 jours de paix dans un lieu sublime et lumineux entouré par des oliviers. La pépite c’est la piscine même s’il faisait frais c’était cool de passer un doux moment à côté de cette dernière. Le propriétaire est très gentil et avec pleins de conseil pour visiter Noto.

This place is like no other, with very personalized attention to details. The host prepared the best meal we had in Europe, and the service was second to none. We would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

We loved our stay. We are a family of 5 and had 3 rooms - the Etna, Syracusa and the Caltagirone rooms for 4 days. Italo gave us a tour of the beautiful grounds, pool and the incredible spa. After travelling from Ortigia, we decided it would be nice to have a home cooked meal by the pool overlooking the lovely country side. Well it happened to be one of the best meals we had in Sicily. Italo is not only a wonderful and gracious host but also an amazing cook! We had tuna tartare, pasta alla norma, sea bream with the best caponata we have ever had. It was a gorgeous evening!! Thank you Italo and staff for an unforgettable and wonderful stay.

Olive Alive is a wonderful place to stay! It was everything we hoped for and we highly recommend it as a relaxing retreat. The staff is very kind and Italo clearly has a lot of pride in the area and hotel. Very quiet, calm and relaxing in a perfectly maintained place. We loved the attention to detail. There is a spectacular clear view to the town and ocean from many places on the property.The pool is clean and refreshing and we went daily. We enjoyed a steam room which we had Italo prepare for us. Their 2 dogs and cats were cute as well and very sweet. The breakfast is farm fresh and includes many things from on the property like fresh grape juice and olive oil. Perhaps the best marmalades I’ve ever tasted (try them all). We also had a 5 course dinner on site that was an extra cost and we loved it! Italo bought food fresh from the market and shared his process as they served the dishes. It was very charming and a private dining experience by the pool. It’s also not far from trips to wineries, the town, and nearby beaches. We mostly drove 13-30 minutes to things and once arranged a town car to drive to a nearby wine tasting for 50 euros each way.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Dominique et Italo , en ces lieux ou règne une atmosphère d'une rare quiétude . Chambre au confort juste parfait ! Rien ne manquait Les petits déjeuners autour de la fontaine sont un vrai délice pour les papilles , confitures, gâteaux maisons , un vrai régal ! La piscine à débordement est une invitation à piquer une tête sous ces températures estivales . Nul besoin de se rendre sur Noto pour se restaurer lors de ce nouveau séjour, non seulement nous avons trouvé le gite mas également le couvert ! Il suffit d'interpeler Italo , pour que ce dernier exauce nos souhaits . Rien de tel pour un week-end en amoureux . A coup sûr nous reviendrons .
