Slightly old but great location

Old hotel.... my room door wouldn't shut by itself.Had to slam it closed.

Breakfast was perfect. We did not use the gym but if we had stayed longer we would have.

Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was a bit lacking. If you did not get down there very early it was quite picked over. Maybe a refresh?

I was very impressed with the spacious room and the many seating areas where you could just hang out. The fireplace and outside pit were beautiful

Our stay was okay. The rooms and hotel could definitely use some updates as there was visible areas( worn chairs,sofas in rooms, dented appliances, non-working fireplaces,and worn chairs in common areas). The staff was helpful and friendly

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly front desk team as well. We won’t stay anywhere else when we visit White Marsh.

This hotel is exceptional. The staff are always very helpful and help in anyway they can! They are very accommodating and very close to everything in Whitemarsh rooms are clean and comfortable. If something needs to be addressed they resolve it right away. I have a group of eight people staying here and the management is very helpful accommodating all of our needs. I read a few review’s of people complaining about double charged and this is not true. We have been staying here for three months and have no issues whatsoever.
