Hotel com pessoal educado, mas não atencioso. - Recepção fria e impessoal. - Restaurante com poucas opções de cardápio. Por exemplo: o Macarrão estava frio. - Tempo de resposta a alguns pedidos muito lento. Exemplos de descuido no hotel: algumas pinturas de elevadores descuidadas; os 3 relógios que marcam horas das diferentes cidades do mundo literalmente marcam a hora certa, mas os minutos diferentes, com diferenças de 10 minutos. Isso não é detalhe ou acessório, é FALTA DE ATENÇÃO AOS DETALHES. - Definitivamente, não é um hotel de classe mundial, e nem de classe regional. Talvez seja um hotel de bairro! - Serviço é feito de detalhes, e não somente de educação! Há muitas coisas para melhorar. Como sugestão, formar os colaboradores no serviço e não somente no atendimento. Atendimento é cumprir ou dar um plantão para cumprir uma escala. Serviço é ir além, é realmente estar focado em SERVIR.

Minha estadia foi muito boa, gosto muito do Piemonte.
Ficou a desejar a arrumação da cama e a ausência de um rolo de papel higiênico de reserva por noite.
E, tenho uma sugestão: colocar na recepção uma máquina de café expresso para que os hóspedes possam comprar um cafezinho a qualquer hora do dia.

Era uma supresa para meu namorado , então a simpatia da atendente Brenda já logo me ganhou e inclusive me ajudou no processo (não tem preço que pague ser acolhido assim) em um mundo cheio de preconceitos. Ao chegar no quarto , uma parede que divide quarto da sala , e que permite a TV girar , ou seja durante a tarde tv na sala , e chuva que caiu a noite , pediu cama e um bom filme . Banheiro sensacional ,tinha sabonete e shampoo a vontade , uma ducha maravilhosa . O que mais gosto em hotéis são café da manhã , tenho coleções de fotos kkk , posso dizer que surpreendi com a mesa de frutas, fora as opções para comer , tanto que desta vez nem consegui provar de tudo kkk , de tanta que eram as opções . Conforto , localização , facilidade de ir e vir , e atendimento 10/10 . Se Pretendo voltar mais vezes ? Sim ou claro .
