We booked hotel as part of a ski trip. Hotel offers great shuttle service and also additional attractions such as Early Bird skiing or Sella Ronda (additional costs). Spa is very nice. Highlight is the very friendly and efficient team at front desk, bar and restaurant who are excellent.

Location bellissima poi con la neve ❄️ è un sogno , ci siamo trovati benissimo, personale gentilissimo e premuroso , cibo buono e vini ottimi .. la spa è spettacolare, non manca nulla , ci siamo fatti fare un massaggio , meraviglioso 🤩 e ringrazio Katarina per la sua professionalità…consigliatissimo .

6 out of 5, of that were possible: the owners and all the staff made us feel as “at home”, but pampered and treated as super-guests. It was us and them, we were not “just customers”. Location and hotel are super nice: all is well organized and top quality. From the ski-room and shuttle service to reach the ski slopes, from the multiple sauna with the amazing mountain view and the wellness, from the modern gym to the broad swimming pool, all is clean and perfect. We can’t forget to highlight the excellent food, both at the hotel and at multiple “Hütte” and “Alm” bars and restaurants on the slopes. Thanks family Pichler and all their marvellous staff! Wie immer ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Zusatzangebote. Zu empfehlen ist das "earlyBirdskiing". Leider hatten wir keine Zeit für die Sella Ronda, hoffen dies aber im nächsten Winter durchführen zu können.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with great amenities. The food and wine were outstanding and our hosts were lovely! The pillows and comforters were amazing! The surroundings are beautiful for nature and hiking lovers. We hope to be back one day soon!

What an absolute gem of a property! This cosy 4.5 star hotel nestled in the Dolomites was the best find in our Italian trip. It has such a great vibe with all staff going above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Our room was excellent - large, clean and comfortable with gorgeous views to the Mountains. The hotel is ''Alpine" styled which works in so well with the environment. They have complimentary drinks & nibbles on a Monday and also offer a highly experienced guide to take guests for hikes in the local mountain area. There is a great terrace overlooking the district and inside you can choose from many quiet nooks to read or enjoy a drink. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. Al a carte dinner menu was limited but delicious and had something for everyone to choose from. Set menus are also available which we did not try but looked fabulous. In terms of getting to the hotel, we had a car so it was easy to locate with plenty of parking. Unsure what the transport options would be for non-driving guests. Only regret is that we didn't book to stay longer. There are Spa and wellness options too which would have been good to take advantage of. We will definitely come here again - Summer or Winter this hotel ticks all the boxes.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'hotel Ganischgerhof, un luogo la cui bellezza risiede non solo nel suo ambiente confortevole e accogliente, ma anche nel meraviglioso design delle sue camere. Ce ne siamo innamorati dal primo momento in cui abbiamo posato gli occhi sull'ampio spazio adornato da arredi in legno tipici dell'Alto Adige, un elemento che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Aggiungete la vista spettacolare sulle montagne e la pulizia impeccabile, e avrete l'idea del perché questa struttura risulta essere eccezionale. Il personale del ristorante, composto da Alice e Asia, è incredibilmente attento e cortese. Ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati durante tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. La spa, seppur piccolina, è molto carina e curata. Unico appunto, a causa delle dimensioni ridotte, si sente il rumore in tutti gli ambienti. Probabilmente sarebbe meglio evitare l'ingresso ai bambini, in quanto possono causare rumore e disturbare il relax degli altri ospiti. Inoltre, mancava un listino prezzi al bar della spa. Un altro aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è la temperatura dell'acqua della piscina, la abbiamo trovata troppo fredda. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la serata del sabato, con la presenza di una cantante molto brava. Tuttavia, il suo posizionamento all'ingresso del bar, defilato rispetto agli ospiti, non rendeva giustizia al suo talento. Nonostante questi piccoli aspetti migliorabili, l'esperienza che abbiamo vissuto è decisamente positiva e ritorneremo sicuramente. L'hotel Ganischgerhof merita sicuramente una visita per un weekend rigenerante
