its a quiet area, you can see the cows on the hill side behind the hotel in the morning.

Not only was receptionist uninterested in our requests on arrival, she was completely unsympathetic when I reported that we had no hot water in our room in the morning.

We normally stay here before heading into SF…. The rooms are clean, spacious and parking is next to each room. They offer a continental breakfast in the AM but not on par with a best western. The coffee is seriously watered down. But the nightly rack rate makes up for it.

Staff not very friendly or enthusiastic. Didn’t feel appreciated at all as a customer. People checking in at all hours and talking loud, singing and slamming doors. First room I was in the fridge didn’t work and the smell was bad. Rooms not well-maintained and badly in need of an upgrade.

I had a hard day, long drive, and upon arrival the staff were friendly and said the hot tub was still open. They gave me a warm cookie which was so sweet and n my age me feel welcomed.

For whatever reason, the bed was especially comfortable. And I really liked the giant TV.
