A safe, cheap and friendly place to stay. Very accomidating host. Breakfast was included. He allowed me to do a free wash. Not the Ritz but for the price it was fine. I would stay again is visting sarajevo.

HORROR FOR GOD'S SAKE KEEP AWAY ❗❗❗😱 No basics, all the equipment is old filthy, stinky, just disgusting 🤮, toilet dirty with 💩 from the previous person 🙈, whole bathroom broken, hose holed, shower tray leaking, water flowing into the room . Butter expired 6 weeks ago. Anyone who sees the kitchen will skip breakfast anyway 🤢☠️ Furniture thrown together/temporarily repaired.... PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ❗❗❗😵 All the laundry smells bad either without powder or washed cold. Sofa instead of bed, sheets too small or deep gap in the middle. Everything damp and clammy. Shower cold or even water. So you can forget about taking a shower. Not even warm water to brush your teeth. The owner didn't hand over the kettle, he was afraid I couldn't handle it 😡 I could only open the window a crack because the sofa was in front of it. No hook to hang anything, no seating, no way to dry anything. Breakfast cold from the fridge to the table. The owner, a very old man, REFAT his name just says "NO PROBLEM" but the problems increased day by day so I left after 5 nights even though I had paid for 9. I know that for a low price I don't ask for any special features

Excellent Service. I had an individual room and I was by 24 days. For me was like staying in a country house in Colombia (my origin Country), but the hostel is near Otoka Market (you can find ATMs there), Mercator, dm, and Airport. The administrator is so gentle and helpful. The Bosnian bread in the breakfast is one of the best I've proved. Thank you for everything.

Reasonable budget option a fair way out of town. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast good. The guys who run it are really friendly but it is quite basic.

If I ever write a book about my travels, this place would make mention. If you’re feeling lonely and need a place to feel like family, stop here. It’s like staying at your grandpas place. Thank you for your hospitality, Mr. Gonzo. Americana Americana will never forget you!
