Your front desk clerk knew nothing. We had a room with two rooms/2 tvs. the front room tv would not work (long story short needed new remote). He had no clue what to do but then decided to call a "manager". Well, after awhile we did get a maintenance man who knew to go to another room and retrieve the proper remote. I think housecleaning should make sure that there are the proper remotes in every room before they finish that room.
also, the breakfast selection was the worst I have ever encountered in a hotel. The milk machine was broken, two pitchers were suppose to have milk in them - NOTHING. EMPTY. If you can't provide a better breakfast close it down and drop the price for the rooms. People would be happier.
