Me and my family came to Novi Sad to visit her mother and father, it was first timer for me. Her friends suggested this hotel and we listened. I couldn't belive the prices, everything was so cheap. I thought we will have issues with the staff because of language, but staff was speaking perfect english and i was amazed. I had awesome time here and i can't wait to visit Novi Sad again!

Very good hotel with very kind staff. Perfect location, good breakfast. Nearby all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Kind manager can help with all your questions and requests even with late check out and early check in. I has very happy to stay 17 nights at that hotel. Our tour company chose this hotel; the location was perfect and the rooms were huge. I had only one complaint; the power shuts off when you remove your key from the bracket by the door. I support conserving energy but would appreciate a power ***** that would stay live so you could recharge devices while you were out. Good breakfast. Don’t lose your room key; a member of our group was told there would be a $25 charge.

My wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times.

This hotel can be said to be the most satisfying hotel of this trip. The front of the hotel is connected to a shopping mall, the first floor is a restaurant of the same brand, and behind it is Liberty Square across a courtyard where a bar is located. The bus costs 65 dinars to the train station, and you can go to the restaurant for breakfast with your card and choose your own set meal, which is great. The waitress at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When we arrived in the morning and it was not check-in time, she helped us ask about the cleaning situation and checked in immediately. (Other cities do not have this kind of treatment.) I also helped find a taxi to Tesla Airport on the last day and converted the fare exchange rate. Later, we saw her again in Freedom Square, enthusiastically helping guests guide the way and walking a long way. The hotel is very new, and the exterior wall in picture 2 is very artistic. I feel it is more suitable for us than other hotels and B&Bs in the surrounding area. recommend!

Very pleasant hotel in the heart of the city. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice service. For a short stay there is really approx. There are delicious breakfasts with Balkan accent, or local delicious foods. If I had to come back here I would love to stay here.

Alaska Barka (A fisherman's boat) is perfect for celebrations and gatherings. We organized a wedding for around 160 guests, and they provided excellent staff and service, management was fully available for advice and sharing experience, and their cuisine and ambiance were at a 5-star level. Bringing only the best memories for the rest of our lives. Perfect!

A very nice small hotel in the heart of the historic centre. It felt like home. Beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast, with lots of options. We really enjoyed it. Helpful staff as well and very reasonable price. Everything was perfect. Οικονομικό , μικρό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πολης, πολύ όμορφο, μοιάζει με σπίτι. Καθαρό και περιποιημένο και πολύ ήσυχο. The hotel is located in the old town area of Novi Sad, a 5-minute walk to the church square. There is a bakery and a supermarket next to it. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel reception is warm and friendly. Although the breakfast is not rich, it is delicious and full, and it is worth staying. Will come again next time I have a chance!

Quiet and secret resort hotel, exquisite breakfast, beautiful environment, stayed for two nights, the bed design has problems: the bedside and the mattress have a certain space, the normal person will notice that the mattress can not see the bedside, we The squatting calves were injured by the bedside, and one of the friends bumped three times.
