Отель неожиданно хороший. Это старый советский отель. Недавно его реновировали. Все очень красиво, чисто, аккуратно. И что его отличает от совеременных стекляшек - наличие балконов во всех номерах. У моря это очень приятно даже зимой, не говоря уж о лете. К сожалению, должна, как и все, отметить, что балконы (у нас их было три) изрядно загажены птицами. Видимо, там периодически все-таки убираются (иначе было бы еще хуже), но не слишком часто. И это практически единственный серьезный недостаток отеля. Ну чтобы еще повредничать, отмечу еще кое-какие недочеты. Прежде всего, завтрак. Ассортимент приличный. Все вкусно. Я люблю на завтрак молочную кашу. Каша была. Каждый день. Но все 5 дней - геркулесовая. Неужели так сложно варить и другие каши тоже? Ладно я взрослый человек! А как ребенку несколько дней подряд впихивать одну и ту же кашу? Теперь о номере. Мы снимали президентский люкс (благо дело он вполне приемлем по цене - стоит примерно столько же, сколько стандарт в соседней стекляшке Хилтон). Номер - супер! Гостиная, спальня, кабинет, санузел с большой джакузи - отлично! В номере есть СВЧ, большой холодильник. А какая посуда!!! Как на выставке побывали! Красотища! Вот только, как мне кажется, никто не ждет, что в этот номер действительно когда-нибудь заедет президент какой-нибудь компании или какой-то другой человек высокого ранга. Начнем с того, что в прихожей нет вешалки для верхней одежды. Она есть в хозяйственной комнатке. Там где холодильник, СВЧ, утюг и т.д. Представьте себе, что к уважаемому человеку пришли деловые партнеры! Картина - зашибись получается. Далее, в номере нет обеденного стола. Посуды много, она роскошная, а стола нет! Возвращаемся к ситуации с каким-нибудь президентом и его бизнес-партнерами. Если они решили посидеть за бокалом вина или чашкой чая, то где? За письменным столом? Эффектно! И последнее. Проблемы с горячей водой. Вода, конечно, есть. Но ее с полчаса сливать надо, чтобы горячая пошла. И опять возвращаемся к президенту. Допустим, он приехал с дамой сердца. Решили они принять ванну. И что? Они будут полчаса сливать воду? Нам все эти мелочи впечатления не испортили. Мы очень довольны и отелем, и персоналом. И если такие досадные недоразумения устранить, то это будет просто супер-отель!
