Современный отель, очень все красиво и модно. В номере все необходимое для комфортного отдыха и работы. Отличное расположение гостиницы, у самой набережной, торговых и деловых центрах. Сытные и вкусные завтраки в ресторане при отеле.

Отличное место. Останавливались тут на одну ночь в июле. Чистые номера, вежливый персонал. Есть все необходимое: фен, полотенца, маленькие гели и шампуни, наборы с зубными щетками. Единственное, нам не очень повезло с видом, он выходил во двор. Но мы весь день гуляли, поэтому это было некритично. Никаких замечаний нет.

Номер прокуренный, ковролин весь в пятнах. После проветривания весь номер в комарах, сеток на окнах нет. Ресторан работает до 23:00. Задержался в поездке по работе приехал поздно, предварительно заказал ужин, который принесли в номер. Естественно к моему приезду в 23:40 он остыл. Подогреть негде, в отеле тупо нет микроволновки. На рецепшене сидит мальчик - овощ ночной смены который на все вопросы отвечает "я не знаю, я не могу". Зайти подогреть в ресторане он не может. Пришлось есть холодный ужин. Кстати о ужине. В первый день я поужинал взяв блюда из меню на 1200 рублей. Каково было моё удивление, когда я узнал, что эти же блюда стоят 600 рублей если бы были заказаны как ужин, а не по отдельности. Но узнал я об этом от коллег, а не от официантов или администрации отеля. Отвратительное отношение к гостям, завышенные цены в ресторане, сервис просто отсутствует, прокуренные номера. Никогда больше не остановлюсь в этом отеле.
