Checked in for the second time, and coincidentally it was the same room twice. Clean and tidy as always. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls around the hotel, which is very convenient. As long as my daughter is still studying here, I will still come to this hotel as always.

There is a water dispenser in the corridor where you can get hot water to drink. The radiator is small but it is very hot so you have to open the window. Bathroom towels, hand towels, and floor mats are all complete and replaced in a timely manner.

Stayed with a family of three for the night. Room 418 for 4600 rubles on the 4th floor turned out to be very dirty, the sheets on the beds were not changed. The TV is broken, the floor is dirty, the toilet and other plumbing fixtures are not cleaned. The furniture is old. They didn’t dare use the towels because they had stains and hair on them, so we got our own. Boorish attitude of the security guard. There is no parking for the disabled, and the elevator does not accommodate a wheelchair. It feels like I'm in the Stone Age. In five days we visited three hotels, also passing through like this one, but there was no such trash anywhere. I don’t recommend this hotel, I hope to save people’s nerves and money with my review.

We took a single room with a large bed, which in fact is two single beds standing next to each other. But that's not even the main problem. The air conditioner in the room turned out to be non-working, and the administrator responded to our message about the detected problem by saying that the air conditioner really didn’t work, but they couldn’t move us to another room, because there weren’t any anymore. But she advised us to check into a suite or open the window and ventilate the room, because according to the administrator, it’s not hot in the hotel. The level of ability to communicate with clients left much to be desired, as did the room itself. I don’t know if this problem is isolated or systematic, but there was no surprise in the administrator’s voice when the breakdown was reported, and the absence of a subsequent offer to move and advice to ventilate the room by opening the window gave me a strong belief that we were deliberately placed in a room with breakdowns. As a bonus, I would like to note the terrible smell in the bathroom and the tasteless design of the room, which does not correspond to the photographs on the hotel website.

This is the only hotel in the town, so there was no choice. I ordered a room through Booking. Everything went great. Reception for 5. The first room for 4 days was disappointing only with the noise of the street air conditioner. And because It was hot, it was impossible to stay in the room without an open window. The bed is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is in perfect order. Purely. Water in the cooler in the hallway. I checked out for a few days and then checked in again, asking for a room on the other side so it would be quieter. But I liked it less - narrow bed, small uncomfortable pillow, leaking plumbing. Breakfast is not included in the price, I had breakfast once and tested it)), it is expensive, there is nothing special on the menu. There are many places near the hotel where you can have breakfast much cheaper.
