The pair stopped in August 2020. The business number was chosen. This category of rooms in Avant is different first of all in the size of – 25m.sq. In the future I also stayed in the business, so I do not know what other differences in the rooms. Furniture is quite fresh. The pipeline is also in excellent condition. It was unpleasantly surprised only the ”tired” TV. He could not read the video on the flash. Neighbors were not heard. The 6th floor room On breakfast was quite crowded but the rooms were free. Everything was very delicious. The hotel is located far from the business epicenter. The balcony gives good noise isolation from the street. In general, the business number is not cheap but fulfilled our expectations. Televisions at least in business rooms need to be changed.

Of the pluses: beautiful with appearance and clean room. Next is only a minus. 1. When I checked in, I was offered to sign an unfilled contract as such things are disturbing me. 2. Very slippery floors in the bathroom. Water from the shower hits the floor before the toilet, a pond forms. And when you get out of the shower comes into this pond. Warnings that floors are slippery, the clutch in the shower is not, the carpet is not. As a result I slipped, I slipped in the flight a glass! (Why!) the flask from the erchiche, it broke down and I didn't land safely on these glass hip. As a result, a ripped hip wound. I called the administrator for help to call me an ambulance, which I was answered why I couldn't call myself. I said, well, if it is so difficult for them I will try to call myself, although I'm a little panic here. Locked the phone. One minute later they call back and say that all such an ambulance was called. They eventually took the trauma station and put the sewings. When I came back and asked to clean up the room because there was glass and blood everywhere, first of all I was asked where the glass was from and learning from where they were, they said I would have to pay for a broken sausage from the ershike. I was shocked. No sympathy! It was my first day of vacation, I came from another city alone. I was unable to change the hotel and I was incapable of leaving the same day with a fresh wound. I was not able to fight . The room was cleaned. But when I left, I took money for the sausage and still asked if everything liked, which I replied, of course not, the holiday was spoiled, I was injured and at least a week I could not get to work. Also I have to pay for the yorshik that I used not on purpose not on his own fault. What did I answer, and the number is how? Otherwise everything liked? Come again! It's hardly, with such attitude! I'm just still shocked by the situation. There really can be killed, I am still lucky, but there are children resting, and older people, to think scary what can be (and such attitude of administrators, there are no words

Останавливались в 4х местном стандартном номере на 23-этаже в начале мая 2023. Плюсы: 1. Удачное расположение отеля прямо на площади Гарина-Михайловского, в шаговой доступности от Железнодорожного вокзала и соответствующей станции метро. Такси до аэропорта в утреннее время - 40 минут. 2. Просторный номер из двух комнат, хорошая 2х-спальная кровать 3. Все чисто. Есть специальное зеркало для бритья и бритвенные принадлежности. 4. Отдельные туалет и ванна, что актуально для семьи из 4х человек. 5. Неплохие завтраки по типу шведского стола 6. Приветливый персонал рецепции 7. Если вы любите высоту - завораживающие виды привокзальной площади с 23-этажа Минусы: 1. Дополнительные спальные места - раскладывающиеся кресла, не очень удобные. 2. В коридоре номера нет ни шкафа ни вешалок для верхней одежды, а гардеробная комната находится в самой глубине 2-й комнаты номера рядом с кроватью. Это неудобно. Приходится идти в глубь в верхней одежде чтобы раздеться. 3. В туалете номера - не закрепленный на раковине кран. 4. Сотрудники отеля нам дважды не пошли на встречу. В своей первый заезд мы приехали незадолго до полуночи, а уехали в 7 утра. При этом заплатили за целые сутки, никакую скидку нам не сделали. Второй момент: завтрак начинается в 7-00, мы спешили в аэропорт и попросили по телефону заранее приготовить ланч-боксы, для более раннего выезда. Нетрудно догадаться, что о ланч-боксах сотрудники отеля благополучно забыли, а на просьбу запустить нас на завтрак минут на 10-15 раньше, ответили, что такая услуга не предусмотрена и предложили ланч-боксы после 7 утра. В целом отель нормальный, если вы используете железнодорожный транспорт, то он удобен логистически. При выборе номера отдельно следует учитывать, что 4-х местные стандарты находятся только на 22 и 23 этажах. Если у вас маленькие дети или вы сами не любите высоту - имейте это в виду.

Хороший отель, все соответствовало нашим ожиданиям. В номере двуспальная кровать, душевая кабина, санузел, одноразовые тапочки :), телевизор. Мы были в номере утром и ночевали. На завтрак (входил в стоимость) блинчики или каша+хлеб с маслом+ плавленный сыр+кофе+яйцо. Очень вкусно и питательно. За 300 руб. комплексный обед или ужин-суп гороховый/сырный+ курица/свинина/рыба+гарнир+чай/кофе. Очень отзывчивый персонал, рассказали, откуда и на чем добраться. Огромное спасибо!!! Один недостаток-удаленность ото всего... мы с трудом на такси добрались до отеля с автовокзала Новосибирск Главный, который расположен в 10 минутах езды. Туда просто никто не едет... и уехать не могли на такси обратно... Транспорт ходит, но все, куда хотели съездить, находится далеко. Но при этом цена вполне соответствует качеству даже при удаленном расположении отеля. Спасибо Вам, все понравилось!

Not the first time we have a family holiday in this hotel. And this time everything liked: cleanliness, polite staff, convenience. At night there was live music in the restaurant and the hotel offered spa discounts. I love to visit the swimming pool and sauna in Ramada. We will definitely come again to our place of rest from urban vain)
