Personnel très agréable et prévenant certe, par contre l'état des lieux laisse à désiré. Forte odeur d'humidité, rideaux en friches, moquette très sale et brûlé à divers endroits. Sanitaires à peut près propre mais dans un état de délabrement avancé. Literie de qualité moyenne. Les fenêtres ferment mal et l'hôtel en bord de toute est très bruyant. Pour finir la fréquentation de l'hôtel laisse franchement à désiré. Le portail est totalement cassé et inutilisable l'accès est donc ouvert jour et nuit sans aucune surveillance. Bilan de 3 nuit en famille avec 2 enfants: nous ne reviendrons pas et ne conseillerons en aucun cas cette hôtel miteux. À bon entendeur.

Nettes Personal, Sauberkeit und Essen hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder (: Wir haben die Zeit in Bad Kissingen sehr genossen. Besonders die Sauna war hervorzuheben. Mit Frau Trabert und Herrn Muller hat das Cup Vitalis eine tolle Leitung, auch ein ausgesprochenes Lob an das nette Servicepersonal!

A oublier, couloir tres sales , fenetres qui ne ferment pas , tv qui ne fonctionne pas enfin bref pitoyable. Hotel à 2 hotel quelles sont les normes ? Car là c'est un hotel qui n en vaut pas une , à éviter!!!!!

Bonjour, Séjour incroyable, rien de mal à dire sur cet hôtel. A peine arrivée à l’hôtel on tombe sur une cascade artisanal qui met franchement de bonne humeur et qui nous met en confiance. Ensuite le personnel est très accueillant et très à l’écoute ils nous on meme proposer un café et un jus gratuitement a notre arrivée. Et le petit déjeuner occidental en self service était très copieux franchement rien a dire. Je vous le recommande fortement, en famille, en couple, professionnel tout type de personne passerai un bon séjour à cap hôtel.

Bonjour, Séjour plus que satisfaisant. Le personnel est très accueillant et très souriant et surtout à l’écoute. La chambre était très propre, le petit déjeuner copieux avec un buffet continental en self service à volonté dans leurs très grandes salle de restaurant. Une cascade artisanal très belle a voir, voir même à admirer en venant dans votre hôtel.
