I booked this place because my partner and I always fit in at least one trip to a ryokan every time we go to Japan and this was said to be one of the best places in Kusatsu onsen. The rumours were true. The rooms were incredibly big and everything was very clean and well presented. The availability of English speaking staff varies, but everyone always did their best to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast and dinner are served in private dining rooms and were generously portioned and beautifully presented. One English-speaking staff member called Mr Shinozuka went above and beyond during the dinner service and he was a big part of the reason that our stay was so enjoyable.

THE・ONSENおよび日本秘湯を守る会のポスターで知りこの度利用させていただきました。野沢温泉って勝手に古いイメージがあったのですが2019年にリノベーションされて宿全体が見違えるようにきれいに生まれ変わったと知人が述べておりました。 女将さんをはじめスタッフみなさん気持ち良い接客。 お風呂もゆっくりと入ることができました。野沢温泉は外湯めぐりもいいですが温度が全体体に熱めのため宿の温泉はちょうどいい湯加減で非常に良かった印象。 料理は地元の食材にこだわった季節のものを中心に美味しくいただくことができました。この宿をきっかけに野沢温泉が好きになりました。 また違う季節、時期に訪れたいですね。
