The customer service from the male (elderly) person is not very good. I don't know if it's because they've been in business for many years or if they're old and don't have the basic stamina, but I'm disappointed in the heartless customer service. I don't think I'll use it anymore. If I just want to sleep, I'll go somewhere else.
Also, the temperature of the men's bath was so high that I couldn't enter it. If you soak it for a minute, you'll turn bright red.
However, I was glad that the female (elderly) customer service had the feel of a kind-hearted grandmother. I stayed without meals, but the food looked luxurious.
The facility is quite old and doesn't feel clean. Hot water and water are placed in the hallway, and you can draw your own from there. However, the tatami in the room I stayed in had a nice smell and felt new, so I changed them regularly.
