Neat rooms, but sober and simple, little luxury, no practical shower room, safe that does not work, temperature of the room cannot be regulated (air conditioning on or off)

Staff very friendly and hospitable. Unfortunately the room is very dusty (deep pile carpet with dust flakes on the walls and ceiling), which is not nice for asthmatic complaints. Strange smell in the room.
Room very noisy, you can literally hear neighbors. Shower has no closed wall or curtain, making the bathroom a swimming pool after showering.

Good location and friendly staff. Room was modern and comfortable, only issue was the heating through an air con unit above the bed.

The Auberge looks great. The price, € 114 for a room on the 2nd floor (in the attic) with a view of a chimney pipe is way too much.
Stains in the carpet and small mold spots in the bathroom. Strange noise from the shower tap.
I ate breakfast, which was not special for the price, at 9am and it had been there for quite some time. The scrambled eggs were hard and the bacon was almost gone and extremely salty.
The service for coffee or tea was also excellent

A bit of a disappoin**ent!; The carpeting in the hotel room and in the hallway is outdated: dirty, worn, stained. In the shower the shelf was broken/no longer hanging, but the mounting brackets were still there (!)/there was a layer of dust on the hair dryer. The chair at the desk had stains on it and there was no socket near the bed to charge the phone. The (very thin) toppers on the mattress shifted completely during the night. everything looks "not fresh" / dated. When I reported this to checkout, the staff responded that 'there was a quote for the carpet'....... The breakfast is okay, but simple. At 9 a.m. I had to ask if there was any orange juice, even though it was really not busy in the breakfast room. Coffee was deliciously fresh and staff very nice. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot right in the center. There is some "work to be done", especially with regard to the rooms!

Beautiful property with excellent staff. My only complaint/advice to others would be, if you book the Vincent suite, there’s no bathroom door. There is zero separation from the hotel room to the washroom, whatsoever.
