El inn en si está bonito y pintoresco, la comida del desayunador está deliciosa y la gente es muy amable, el problema principal fue la falta de agua caliente, nosotros nos hospedamos en el inn por qué íbamos a un evento y pensamos arreglarnos ahí, pues no hubo agua caliente ningún día y el personal aunque se disculpó diciendo que la caldera no funcionaba no solucionaron el problema. En resumen muy bonito el lugar pero como me baño sin agua caliente en tiempo de frío???

The room itself was modern and clean. It had all the amenities and the wall photography was beautiful . The interior design and furniture set up was like the new studio hotel rooms.

Excelente servicio, todo el personal muy amable! Hotel recientemente remodelado con buen gusto, camas súper cómodas, minisplit en habitación, frigobar, delicioso desayuno buffet, alberca, gimnasio, sala de juntas....café y té de cortesía 24 horas. Sobrepasó mis expectativas! El hotel está ubicado en el centro de Nuevo Casas Grandes, a una cuadra de la Plaza Principal. Muchas opciones de restaurantes alrededor. Recomendadísimo!
