Marival Distinct Luxury Residences & World Spa All Inclusive

The low key atmosphere, quiet property, friendly staff, easy assess to poolside lounges & cabanas. The partial private beach was amazing! Plenty of chairs and the beach service was top notch. The pools were always clean free from leaves & debris.

Our trip was the best family vacation ever thanks to Alba Ontiveros who orchestrated our reservation and accommodations to a tee for us! We couldn’t believe the dedication to customer satisfaction this resort makes for its guests! Carlos the manager, also pulled out the red carpet for us. We couldn’t be more impressed!

The suites were very spacious and gorgeous! The food was to die for! The staff was excellent and very attentive. Manuel at the lemon grass Pool bar/restaurant was top notch and stood out! He took very good care of us!! Would highly recommend! Rodrigo and Julio took care of us at the beach and we’re always on top of their game tending to our every need. We definitely be recommending this Resort! Can’t wait to come back!!

We have been having the best time. We loved the pillow menu, and our pool server Elian was so kind and attentive. The rooms are clean and the hotel is comfortable.

Marival Distinct was absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for our young family. The food, staff, and the resort itself were absolutely perfect. There are 4 places you can eat- Lemmon Grass by the pool, Mozza Mare by the beach, Insu Sky Bar on the rooftop, and Omaggio in the lobby area. All of them were great and unique in their own ways. Insu Sky Bar has incredible views and delicious food that is tapas style, Ramon was our server there and he was great. Omaggio has a breakfast buffet which was nice with kids. Mozza Mare and Lemmon Grass are where we ate the most as we found those easiest to navigate with our younger kids. Mozza Mares breakfast was our favorite to have each morning and the staff there were all so friendly. We had the opportunity to interact with Isba, Abdi, Oscar and Joel the most and they were the kindest most accommodating people. They made sure our needs were met and were so kind and welcoming to our children. Lemmon Grass was perfect to have when at the pool. They bring your food right to you at the pool and are very attentive and friendly. We interacted with Octavio, Elian, Felix and Manuel the most and I cannot speak more highly of them. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice time. They were so welcoming and friendly. They would address us by our names which we always found so impressive with how many people they interact with on a daily basis. Octavio especially made a point every day to greet us and ensure our needs were met. The staff at Lemmon Grass truly made our trip that much more unforgettable. If your kids like to snack throughout the day, you will want to bring snacks. You can order room service but there is an additional charge for that so for the in between times of breakfast, lunch and dinner I would highly recommend bringing plenty of snacks for your kids. The other thing I’d recommend bringing is Deet and cortisone cream. They sell them both at the gift shop but are extremely expensive. We made the mistake of not bringing it ourselves and bought it at the gift shop for 50 USD so I would strongly suggest you pack it yourself! It was definitely worth it to have, though, because the no-see-ums will make you really itchy. We did go to Marival Emotions one day during our stay and while it does have more kid activities there, we are so glad we chose to stay at Marival Distinct. Marival Emotions was a lot busier and loud and didn’t have the individualized touch and attentiveness the staff provide at Marival Distinct. Although it didn’t have the kids water park, it was extremely kid friendly still and had plenty of options to keep our children entertained every day. I cannot recommend Marival Distinct enough. We are wishing we were back there already!

We have absolutely loved our trip. The staff is great. We have been enjoying our time here and Sergio made it great! The food is awesome and the rooms are comfortable.

Octavio and Elian and Manuel absolutely made our trip. We had an amazing time and a blast with our crew. They were super nice and always helpful. I could not have imagined a trip without these three guys we had a absolute blast and it was the best trip of my life.
