The customer service is so wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and the food is good! Comfy beds! What I really loved was the kids club and the wonderful ladies who worked there. Domenika, Pilar, Carolina, Isis, Fernanda, and Camila were the sweetest group of women that worked in the kids club. They did arts and crafts, fun activities and were so kind. They really made my kids feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you Grand Velas, we can't wait to come back.

Nice property on a long walkable beach. Enjoyed complimentary cabanas on the beach and choices of included wines for dinner. For the price point, to be comparable with other top resorts like Le Blanc, Secrets and Excellence, should have included lobster, oysters and more seafood variety in the menu besides included hydrotherapy in the spa, which was only free with a massage. Italian restaurant had no upscale dishes and it appeared to cater more for families with kids.

Todo el staff es muy amable y atento .. pero en especial nuestro concierge Ruth fue la extra milla por nosotros ya que olvidamos una libreta en donde había hecho notas importantes de varias juntas los días anteriores, Ruth a pesar de estar en su día libre cuando le busque logro encontrarla sacarle fotos y salvar mis juntas !!! Eso es ir te extra mile for the customer!! Great Job Ruth. Por último tuvimos una cena especial y nuestro mesero Juan José Sánchez nos dio un servicio Michelin de gran calidad… una felicitación a el también. En general todo el staff muy bien y las instalaciones también!!

Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, siempre amables y serviciales. Agradecemos en especial a Ian, uno de los encargados de las actividades de entretenimiento pues fue muy amable, dedicado y divertido. Sin duda el jugar con él, fue la actividad favorita de mi hijo porque Ian se enfoca al 100%. Gracias y felicidades por esa buena actitud!!!

Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is paradise. From the moment you arrive at the resort,you are pampered. First a welcome drink and then a welcome maasage,you’re in total vacation mode. The service is impeccable. Loved all the restaurants,ate at Frida,Piaf,Luca. Make sure to make your reservations early.They tend to fill up fast & may not get a reservation til 10 pm.

If you are looking for THE best all inclusive resort in PV look no further than this property. The service was beyond our expectations, the staff so helpful and friendly. We are leaving some new friends behind and look forward to visiting them next year. The poolside service from Gilberto and Nadia was excellent! The pool concierge Raymundo and Jorge were always helping with recommendations. The hostesses at the Azul restaurant Alex and Ledya were so friendly!! And our waiter Ricardo always there to help. The gym with Luis and water aerobics with Mariano helped us keep in shape while eating at all of the five star restaurants. And our personal concierge Ramon helped us with every reservation and need! Finally if you have the time my wife loved the spa and recommends Gardenia for the 80 min renewal treatment! Thank you to all the staff at Grand Velas. It was a truly magical experience.

This resort exceeded our expectations ten-fold. We have two small children and we took advantage of the babysitting and the kids-club to make sure we were able to find time to relax. We spent our days as a family by the pool with the most excellent and helpful service of Gilberto and Nadia, who were so wonderful in helping us stay comfortable, hydrated, fed and laughing and smiling. Maria, our personal concierge, kept our vacation organized and flowing so we could focus on relaxing and playing with the kids. And big thanks to Carlos who helped us get on the water in kayaks, surf boards and boogie boards! The food at this resort is INCREDIBLE, and not to be missed is 'Piaf' the French restaurant.

The property is beautiful and the staff are great. The rooms and grounds have everything you need to have an amazing trip. For excursions, be sure to see Gustavo! He will make sure you pick a great trip. The food is super. Be sure to get a reservation at the fine dining. Especially the adults only one as it fills quickly. Plenty of fun for kids of all ages.
