Marival Emotions Resort & Suites - All Inclusive

Great family experience

the resort was great! the staff was helpful at all times. elisabeth at the eating area by the kids pool was very nice. i defiantly recommend this resort.

Shows were good, maid service was good, The alacarte restaurants were a nightmare to book into and were half empty, catered more to the members, didn’t restock fridge, server at the pool bar needs to up his game or retire

There are several restaurants advertised that you are not allowed to use unless you are a "member." Which I was told is about $20,000 to become.... No thanks. The resort definitely caters to it's members rather that the other patrons. Staff were very friendly but more of a time share selling vibe than all inclusive resort compared.to previous experiences in mexico

I don’t even know where to start when it comes to Marival emotions. I just got married here on April 24 and I had no idea what to expect as I had never been to the resort or this part of Puerto Vallarta. I have to say the resort and the staff exceeded my expectations. Let’s start with the beach the beach is absolutely stunning and beautiful, clean beaches, beautiful sand and love the water to swim in. There’s also boogie boards that you can get that are so much fun for the kids and adults. The kids love the food. There’s so much kid food and there’s ice cream during the day. That is absolutely delicious. The kids love the team club to go and hang out. was also really fun about the resort is they have pop-ups? They have the beach party lunch pop-up that’s really really good. They have the night beach party. That’s so much fun to dance at and Mexican Fiesta night where the food is incredible and it’s so much fun. We also love the Michael Jackson night and Encanto night. It’s just so much fun for the kids. There’s also so many amenities which are highly active guest loved. Love the Pickleball volleyball, tennis basketball. some servers I’d like to highlight are Dalia (we adore you so much you always went above and beyond), Martin, Mary , Jasmin . Angel at the front desk is soo nice and helpful. Because we got suites we got to have a day pass to the Mai or the beach club. If you do get this, I highly recommend choosing the beach club because Mai Tai service is not good unless you’re a timeshare guest. But the food is delicious . Apparently beach club is better service. We also enjoyed the food at. amalfi the staff is super nice there. The breakfast buffet was our favourite and we also really enjoyed eating at the pizza restaurant where Mary served. Because we got married we got to have massages at the spa with our packages. Isabel and Marina are SO good!! I wish I booked another one with them. Now let’s get to the wedding. It was the wedding of my absolute dreams Fabiola my wedding coordinator went above and beyond my expectations were blown away. The wedding was incredibly gorgeous. It was exactly my Pinterest board and more. I am forever grateful for Fabiola. I cannot wait to return to Marival I will miss all the staff and the resorts so much

My wife and I enjoyed our short stay at this resort. We especially liked that they had 2 main sections with one side more geared for children and the more active crowd and and adult quieter pool for those who wanted a more relaxed experience. We received the royal treatment from Roelof Smeding, the head waiter at the La Bamba restaurant. Thanks, Roelof for your warm and friendly reception. The resort was kept very clean and the beach beautiful to walk along. Overall, we had a very nice experience and would recommend the resort.
