Al principio fue terrible reserve 3 días pero la recepcionista no quiso enseñarnos los cuartos sino pagábamos, me hacen daño los aromatizantes por eso quise revisar primero el cuarto, como no quiso la recepcionista, cancele la reservación por tres días y pague un solo día para no tener que pasar los 3 días oliendo el aromatizante, cuando llegamos al cuarto efectivamente apestaba a aromatizante, aparte hacia frío y el aire estaba prendido y el control no servía, le pedimos a la recepcionista de la noche que lo arreglará pero nadie llegó , tuvimos que dormir con la puerta abierta y yo en una silla vigilando la puerta, no le importo a la recepcionista déspota.

Carecen de personal nocturno, nunca nos quisieron mostrar el cuarto si no pagábamos, el humo está prohibido muy bien pero la encargada llena de aromatizantes todos los cuartos como obligación y hacen más daño que el cigarro, deberían tener cuartos libres de aroma, recordando que lo limpio no huele a nada..... Sin embargo tuvimos que rentar en la noche por urgencia y nos dio un cuarto apestoso a aromatizantes.....hacia mucho frío y le pedimos que apagará el aire y nadie fue a apagarlo por estás razones dormimos con la puerta abierta mi esposa acostada y yo en una silla sentado cuidando....fue desastroso...... después se compusieron las cosas pero ese día me lo deben

Great little resort with on site waterpark and dolphinarium. The pass for waterslide is also compatible with another nearby sister-resort. The resort is not on the beach, and a bit far from sights and restaurants, but there are cornerstores within walking distance.

I want a FULL REFUND! I checked into the hotel last night, Nov. 15 and this morning when I woke up, multiple parts of my body were covered in bed bug bites (I have pictures). I need someone to contact me from ******* to see how I proceed to get a full refund. When I left the hotel this morning at 8, there was only one receptionist, who I showed the bites on my body to, but she couldn't do anything for me! She told me the Manager gets there at 9am, but, I couldn't wait that long.
