Potters Apartments

Owner is very nice. We arrive around 5pm and have burge just besides the restaurant. When we ask her where we can find the supermarket nearby, she ask us what we need to buy. Then she told us no need to buy and give us noodles, vegatables and fruit

Reception were very unhelpful. Could be very nice if the rooms were thoroughly cleaned

On the road between Cessnock and Rothbury this used to be a brickwork so plenty of old kilns and a micro brewery on site. Very warm and welcoming staff. $12 for a tasting paddle of 4 200ml glasses of beer which includes gourmet nuts. Plenty of souvenirs and great ambience. Strange to drink beer in wine country but on a hot day it was greatly appreciated.

Very clean and spacious bathroom and living room. Large and comfortable bed . Nice and clean kitchen-net.

Toilet was not clean. Had to move beds because I have a toddler and there was rubbish, old socks and dust under beds. Flyscreens need replacing, shower floor was dangerously slippery, The place is due for a much needed update especially for almost $250 a night. Staff were friendly though.

Accidentally left my Netflix logged in , called the next morning to get it logged out and was assured this would happen, it did not. Several days later someone was using my Netflix, I called them get them to sign out of my account but this didn't happen. I called them again , said would sort it next day, it took me 2.5 hours to sort from my end , not happy. i t in the morning

Staff were amazing and very helpful. The property was clean and the swimming pools were very refreshing after a day of exploring the area. Very well located; a short drive from the Zoo. Food at the Brewery was well priced and tasty. There was a strange humming sound at night-time, which may have been the motor of the air conditioning unit of the apartment next door. Otherwise, it was a fantastic spot.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience. My stay at this hotel was truly pleasant. The facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff were always kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, which made my stay very comfortable. The location is convenient, close to main attractions and with easy access to public transport. Breakfast was varied and of very good quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Such a lovely last minute find and the reception staff were super helpful Brewery on site makes it easy for lunch/dinner and a nice beer garden
