New hotel on the south side of Numazu station opened in December 2019. Small as a scale and small room. Especially the bus unit is artistic narrow. I suddenly decided to go to Numazu and made a reservation on the night of the day of my stay. I was confused because the entrance was a little difficult to understand, but the front desk was simple and clean and very beautiful. The room feels like an ordinary hotel, but the bath is amazing! I imagined a unit bath in an ordinary hotel, but the unit bath here is wide without a feeling of oppression, and it is partly wood grain and the design is nice. I thought it was a hotel made by Daiwa House. The price is not high, so I will definitely use it again next time I go to Numazu. The bath was a high score anyway. By the way, there is a corner with a microwave oven and vending machine on the top floor. There is a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry in the middle of the night! The station is close, and the parking lot (1 day 1000 yen) is also available, so the convenience is excellent.

I stayed for one night when I went to Numazu to play. It was convenient from the station, just a short walk, there were several convenience stores around, and if you walk a little, there was ITO Yokado, but it was a little troublesome because you can't go around the other side of the station. We stayed on the ladies' floor. Amenities include shampoo, rinse, body soap, toothbrush, sleeping roll, dryer, etc., cleaning, cosmetics, hair iron, steamer, etc. It is substantial. The bus toilet is clean, as separate and wide 々, anyway. Also, the room is wider 々 than you see in the photo. Breakfast is available from the opening of the azi or omelette, and then the buffet. In addition to several side dishes, there were fried shrimp and curry, which was enough. The hotel staff was very kind and polite.

The room has a view of Mount Fuji, the price is reasonable, the breakfast is also OK, next to the Mishima Shrine, there are many restaurants nearby. It is very convenient to walk to the JR station to take the bus to the Shusenji Temple. Or the Hakone 3-day pass also includes the bus from Hakone to Mishima. If you don't book a Hakone hotel, it's just right to stay here. You can continue your Hakone tour the next day and save the bus fee. After all, the one-way trip is 1800.

We would have left a much better review, had we not been fleeced by the hotel in regards to parking. This is a good, basic hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep & bathe. It is newer and clean, and the rooms have all the necessary amenities despite their small size. There is a coin-operated laundry available (200yen for washers, 30yen for soap... dryers were always full, so we hung out clothes to dry in the bathroom). Breakfast is very basic... miso soup, rice, salad. It is next door to the station if you are traveling by shinkansen. We were charged for parking for our entire stay despite never using the lot. On the first day, we told them we would not be using the hotel lot as it was farther than we were told and there were safer and closer lots nearby for the same price (500yen/24hrs). The hotel refused to refund us the money they charged us for the parking we never used and did not want. We did speak with a supervisor and got nowhere. Based on this lack of customer service and fraudulent charging, we would not recommend others stay here. I have noticed this issue in other reviews as well.

The whole accommodation experience is very good, the environment is really beautiful, the BBQ and campfire at night are very relaxing, family and friends are very satisfied, and it is very close to the Shiguoyu Observatory, and there is a different scenery in a few minutes. The berth is wide and friendly to self-driving travelers, but the entrance is slightly narrow, driving a vehicle the size of Alphard may be a bit difficult, but it should be enough. Absolutely a encore accommodation.
