Hello dear Linder Hotel team, we were able to stay with you for 2 nights on the last weekend of April 2024 and we really enjoyed it. Great location, staff at the reception as well as the bar and restaurant were very friendly, authentic and helpful. You can work on your beds, some of them are already a bit worn out, at least in one room. Thanks to the fuse box in our room, where a fuse was probably broken and it made a hell of a noise, we had the opportunity to change rooms shortly before midnight. I'm writing it positively because, apart from the noise, the experience was VERY positive! The employee at the reception came up, took a look for himself and pretty quickly provided us with a new room in the same category. That was really top service. Above all, we were surprised that the internal communication was top notch as far as we could tell! I had ordered a surprise cake for my boyfriend from the service staff in the restaurant for the morning and had also mentioned it when we changed rooms. In the morning I open the door to our new room and hey presto, even though we changed rooms during the night, the cake was still placed in front of the right room door! Excellent service :) Thank you for that! The cake wasn't really special and slightly overpriced but OK. The room service costs (€7) could have been waived as a birthday greeting and because of the room change ;) We can really recommend this hotel and will be back! You really have great staff! The breakfast is also great, you can find everything, the food is constantly replenished. The staff in the restaurant were great because they made it possible for a larger family to sit together and opened up another part of the restaurant for that! We ate with you in the evening, the food was delicious but it was missing that certain something in terms of taste/delicacy. The price was a bit too much for that. Thank you for the great stay, great hotel, great staff, great rooms, just all in all a really comfortable place!
