Jetzt muss ich meinen Senf auch mal dazugeben. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht.
Einchecken ging sehr schnell - vielleicht sogar zu schnell. Alles schnell schnell und dann wurde mir nich**al ein guter Aufenthalt o.ä. gewünscht. Normalerweise wäre mir das egal aber nicht in einem 5-Sterne Hotel in dem man sich wohlfühlen sollte. Zimmer wurde niemals gereinigt vor meinem Aufenthalt. Klobrille dreckig, Spiegel dreckig, Fliesen im "Badezimmer" absolut dreckig, Müll nicht komplett ausgeleert. Bettlacken roch ehrlichgesagt auch nicht frisch, genauso wie das Zimmer selbst. Ich glaube vor mir hat eine Bärenfamilie dort drinnen gehaust, musste extra eine Duftkerze besorgen um den Geruch zu bessern. Von der Größe her glich das Zimmer einem Schuhkarton. Türen der Dusche können nich**al richtig geöffnet werden, da viel zu wenig Platz im Bad ist. Außerdem kann man das Duschen vergessen, da das Konstrukt so alt ist, dass man nich**al lauwarmes Wasser bekommt. Entweder brühend heiß oder Eiskalt. Fenster sind auch nicht dicht, habe dann ein Handtuch an den Schlitz gelegt, damit es nicht allzu stark hineinzieht über Nacht. Natürlich weiß ich nicht wie die anderen Zimmer sind aber für mich glich der Aufenthalt einem 2 bis MAXIMAL 3-Sterne Hotel. Insgesamt bin ich sehr unzufrieden und diese Nacht war NIEMALS 440€ wert!

Location is opposite the central train station and next to city centre. Hotel has an old vintage flair, if that's your thing. The small room is pretty small but will work for short trips if you don't have a lot of luggage.

Schönes, im Inneren noch an den Jugendstil erinnerndes Hotel mit sachkundigem, freundlichen und jederzeit hilfsbereiten Personal. Zimmer attraktiv, wir hatten ein sehr großes Bad mit Fenster. Vom Hotel aus sind viele Attraktionen der Stadt fußläufig erreichbar.

I booked the king deluxe bed room around a month before and even wrote to them a week before about my room. Once me and my colleague arrive they tell me it's overbooked only for me (my colleague booked a few days after me) and they kept telling me to go to the bar and have a drink instead of solving my issue witht he room. After a while they said they can give me the same type of room at the hotel next door (Plaza hotel) but once I arrived at the room it was small and standard room. They didn't even try to apologize for the inconvenience also, they said that the room I booked had no breakfast included (all the hotels that are booked through the company I work with has breakfast included). And I thought that the least they could do after overbooking my room and give me a standard room to offer me free breakfast but no.... after my stay I contacted them because the room I got was cheaper than the one I'd booked and had too pay for but they haven't given me a reply even though 3 weeks has passed and I've also reminded them to give me a reply regarding my email. Will never book room at this hotel again. Worst service I've ever encountered!!
