The hotel is showing its age, but the rooms are still very spacious and comfortable. The bar offers a decent selection of drinks and food in the evenings. The hotel is very well connected. By car and by train! I will definitely be back.

Die drei Punkte gehen nur an das große Parkhaus, dem Bar und an die Reinigungskräfte Frau S. Und Frau M. die für Sauberkeit und Ordnung sorgen. Möbel und Teppich im Zimmer sind veraltet! Für ein Hotel welches viel ansehen hat ein No Go. Dusche könnte moderner gestaltet sein. Was mich geärgert hat, war der SCHIMMEL in der Duschkabine und außen am Rand. Klimaanlage kann man nur zu bestimmten Zeiten nutzen, laut Rezeption hieß es: " während der Catering Zeiten werden die Klimaanlagen ausgeschaltet!" Und die Damen wussten nicht wann die wieder angehen und hat eine Sauna im Zimmer. Ah und was mich sehr genervt hat, es gibt keine Minibar im Zimmer. Für das Geld was man als Gast Raushaut kann man auch direkt zu Premier Inn. Beim Hotel am Wöhrdersee gibt es eine Minibar und jeweils eine Cola, Apfelsaft, Bier und Sekt!!!!

Ci ho dormito diverse notti per un viaggio di lavoro. Buona pulizia, personale un po’ freddo e sintetico in ogni richiesta alla reception, personale di sala alla colazione totalmente impersonale (nemmeno un saluto). Camere datate ma con tutto il necessario, tranne una cassaforte. Struttura molto grande e affollata, ma con colazione di buona qualità con un caffè discreto, cosa non scontata in Germania. Parcheggio a pagamento di fronte alla struttura ma con prezzi onesti grazie ad una convenzione (36€ per 5 giorni). Per dei viaggi di lavoro consigliato, appena fuori dall’autostrada è facile da raggiungere. Zona tranquilla ma non servita da ristoranti, ma essendo in auto non è un problema. A 15 minuti dalla fiera, non è un problema. Consigliato, ma senza troppe pretese.

An excellent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the benefits of Gold membership (room upgrade, free drink and parking voucher).
