직원분들 친절하고 주변에 식당이 많고 마트가 있어서 아주 좋음
역이랑 관광지 사이에 있어서 위치도 아주 좋아요
다만 화장실에서 바선생 작은거 한마리 있었음

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Das Zimmer war allerdings nicht wirklich gereinigt worden... am Fußboden extrem viele Fuzzel, im Badezimmer überall Wasserflecken, in der Dusche sogar noch der Müll vom Vorgänger... im Bett sehr viele Haare, bin mir nicht ganz sicher ob die Bettwäsche überhaupt frisch war....
Beim Frühstück nur ein Personal, somit musste auf alles gewartet werden... und eine halbe Stunde nach Frühstücks Beginn war dann das Gebäck auch schon aus....

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und wurden im Restaurant sehr freundlich zum Check-In begrüßt. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, auch das Bad war sehr schön. Wir haben gut geschlafen, es war ruhig trotz Zimmer zur Fußgängerzone. Allgemein die Lage des Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Man in in wenigen Geh-Minuten im Stadtzentrum und hat dort alles was man braucht. Das Restaurant hat einen sehr gemütlichen Eindruck, die Speisen sahen sehr gut aus, leider hat es sich für uns nicht ergeben dort einzukehren. Auch der Check-Out war mehr als freundlich und herzlich. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter, es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen! Definitiv kommen wir wieder in das Bruderherz, wenn wir mal wieder in Nürnberg sind!

The location is absolutely fantastic, right at the old town, 5 minutes walk from the main train station.
Entrance to the hotel is easy to find, clearly marked next to the restaurant.
The check-in was simple and straight-forward.
The room was clean and modern, and provides basic comfort. However, I do feel that it could be more comfortable:
* For starters, a closet, or at least a dresser, is rather a must for a stay longer than 1 night (the room only had a small coat hunger next to the door, with no additional storage space).
* Another chair or couch would have been appreciated, especially for a double-room (there was only 1 chair, at the small desk).
* There was no option to control the AC, beyond opening the window (and the internal courtyard was rather noisy, until quite late at night).
* An in-room safe and a coffee maker would be nice to have, and improve significantly the comfort of the stay.
