Schön gelegen, unterhalb der Burg, direkt am Dürerhaus und gut zu erreichende Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist etwas schwierig: enge Gassen, teilweise eingeschränkte Zufahrt, Einbahnstraßen u.ä. Hoteleigene, enge Garage (Hebebühne) kann nicht reserviert werden - Hauptmarkt Parkhaus ist die Alternative (ca. 200 m) Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ältliches Mobiliar Auch die Teppiche sind stückweise ausgebessert, Sperrholztür vom Bad blättert unten auf. Dunkel Einrichtung im Zimmer, ist wenig ansprechend, Betten etwas hart (subjektive Einschätzung). Vor allem ist es sehr warm im Zimmer, bei Außentemperaturen von 14-22 Grad Das Bad verfügt über viel zu wenig Abstellflächen. Die Mitarbeiter sind unverbindlich freundlich. Ich würde mich das nächste Mal für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

Location eccellente, proprio accanto al castello che si trova su un promontorio che domina la città storica. Camere con arredi non proprio moderni ma comunque confortevoli e, nel mio caso (camera familiare), con due balconi su corte interna. Personale di reception in costume tipico bavarese.

This hotel saved us when we encountered an Airb&b disaster. We were quickly accommodated with a spacious room with balcony that immediately made us feel better. Staff were friendly and helpful and the included buffet breakfast was varied from one morning to the next. Parking under the hotel was convenient and the location simply can't be beat. We will definitely stay here again.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr guter Einrichtung in den Zimmern und dem Bad. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich.
Beim Einparken im Parkhaus (mit Hebevorrichtung für die PKW's) war das Personal behilflich.
Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Mauer in der Altstadt.
