Als wir am Hotel ankamen, wurde man von einem Aushang begrüßt, auf dem stand, dass auf Grund eines Starkregenereignisses Sauna, Tiefgarage und E-Ladesäulen nicht nutzbar seien, außerdem wurde auf Geruchsbelastung durch dieses Ereignisses hingewiesen. Keine Information vorab per Mail o. Ä.. Rezeption, trotzt pünktlicher Anreise, nicht besetzt, stattdessen sollte eine Telefonnummer angerufen werden. Gesagt getan, beim ersten Anruf, keine Rückmeldung, erneuter Versuch dann erfolgreich, Mitarbeiterin kann sich nicht Benachrichtigung (auf Grund oben genanter Themen) nicht erklären. Am nächsten Tag mit Mitarbeiterin an Rezeption gesprochen, gebeten, Folgebuchung zu zahlen, und Gutschein einlösen zu wollen (Invent Gutschein), Mitarbeiterinen vertrösten auf Grund von Unwissenheit bis zum Abreisetag, daher auch erst dort Zahlung. Gutschein laut Personal, nicht einlösbar. Schwacher Service, schlecht informiertes Personal. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Um Nürnberg zu Besuchen und kennenzulernen einen Besuch wert. Matratzen waren leider zu hart. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert.

Hat sich von einem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in 2019 zu einem überteuerten, unfreundlichen Bude in 2023 entwickelt. Es gibt viele Hotels in der selben Preiskategorie, die deutlich näher an dem Stadtkern sind. Bestfalls vielleicht für Leute die im Air Campus arbeiten OK aber auch hier gibt es günstigere Möglichkeiten die auch einen eigenen Parkplat haben.
