Access by car is required, but the quality is sufficient for a low cost stay. Check-in time was 21:00 and it was past 22:00, but they made arrangements for me to receive the key. The only problem I had was that they couldn't speak English when I contacted them over the phone.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt absolut. Lage ist halt in einem Gewerbegebiet nicht ganz so schön, aber deshalb ist ja auch der Preis soweit ok!!

Check-in geht nur bis 21 Uhr. Wir hatten aufgrund unseres Zuges etwas Verspätung und haben deshalb um 20 Uhr an die Unterkunft geschrieben, ob es ok ist, wenn wir uns vespäten, erhielten aber keinerlei Antwort. Als wir ankamen (21:30 Uhr), war niemand mehr da und als wir bei der dort hinterlegten Nummer anriefen, erhielten wir nur ein schlecht gelauntes "da kann man nichts machen, viel Glück". Keine Kulanz, kein Entgegenkommen, nichts. Brutal schlechter Service. Das kann man durchaus anders lösen, wie Schlüsselkarte iwo hinterlegen. Wir mussten dann stattdessen Last Minute ein teures anderes Hotel buchen, das Geld für die Nacht haben wir vom Jura Hotel natürlich auch nicht zurückerhalten. Zu allem Überfluss war dann die zweite Nacht, die wir "endlich" im Jura Hotel schlafen konnten, nicht mal Shampoo zum Duschen vorhanden. Mein Tipp, macht einen ganz weiten Bogen um dieses Hotel, hier ist Gastfreundschaft und Kulanz ganz hinten angestellt.

I arrived just after 22:00 due to an accident on the autobahn, after travelling all the way from Amsterdam. The owner or manager was sat outside having beers with some guests and he got angry when I asked about checking in, asking me what time it was etc, he then tried to bribe me out of an extra 20 euros for checking in late even though he was still there! I refused and he told me to leave and then they still charged me for the room! He was stinking of beer then drove off in his car, I wish I reported him to the police at the time! Stay away, much better alternatives with customer friendly staff around.

Das Hotel ist gut, Frühstück sehr gut. Für einige Nächte zu empfehlen.
Leider sind die Zeiten und Möglichkeiten des Eincheckens sehr unflexibel. Die Rechnung wurde nachher zu hoch ausgestellt und auf telefonische Nachfrage gab es lapidar die Antwort,: das bekommen wir von *******. Bei der Nachfrage bei ******* habe ich den Buchungspreis bekommen, aber keine Rechnung.
Das Personal des Jura Hotel ist sehr freundlich aber scheinbar nicht kompetent.

Das Hotel ist hauptsächlich für Handwerker. Deshalb an Sonn- und Feiertagen kein Frühstück. Das sollte in der Beschreibung festgehalten sein.
