Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very old need renovation. Carpet and pillow are very dirty.

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

Chambre pour 4 personnes avec une brosse à WC manquante, une douche qui fuyait, des rideaux abîmés et le pire : des draps sales !! Heureusement que le personnel est gentil et a su s'adapter à nos demandes ! Je ne recommande pas compte tenu du rapport qualité/prix

Le standing de l'hôtel laissait présager une prestation plus aboutie. La situation est plutôt intéressante avec le tram 8 à 5 mn qui permet de rejoindre le centre historique. Très déçu par la chambre : pommeau de douche qui fuit, moisissures des joints de douche, absence de brosse à toilettes, moquette mouillée sous le canapé lit, nous étions dans une chambre pour 4 avec seulement 2 verres dans la salle de bain, théière avec seulement 2 tasses.... Point positif pour le petit déjeuner et la sympathie du barman. Bref le rapport qualité prix n'était pas à la hauteur...dommage
