Clean and spacious, heating, restaurant, paid parking, although you can park for free in the surroundings.
Kindness at the 24-hour reception (even if they put hours on the website)
Tram stop 50m away, and 250m away from the metro.
Although it is far from the center, it has easy access as I said before.

The location is good, there are gas station convenience store and supermarket just around. Transportation is also good, tram station is just nearby and only need to take 2 stops to reach the Metro station and castle(the central of the city).

Nice location, can easily be reached by tram. The only amenities available apart from the toilet paper is the 2in1 shower gel and shampoo. The service and staffs are very nice and friendly, also quick and easy check-in process. Overall, I enjoy the place, will definitely come back next time :)

First of all, don’t be fooled by its name, it is far from the main attractions! You have to transfer to the light rail or bus to get to the main attractions. The room we stayed in was underground, and we could walk out of the platform (which is the ground) as soon as we opened the window. I dare not sleep with the window open at night. I was worried that someone might walk into the house. Even though it was autumn, it was still a bit cramped! Because it is on the ground, many fallen leaves and insects can easily enter the room.
The reception at the hotel is very polite and friendly. Apart from this, it is recommended to find a hotel closer to the attractions🤣
